Thomas Trompette 5160415f40 fix(workflow): create core mirror rows during workflow prefill (#23204)
## Problem
Seeded workflows are inserted during workspace activation (and dev
seeding) via raw SQL in `prefill-workflows.util.ts`, which bypasses the
ORM entirely. The async dual-write listener that mirrors `workflow` /
`workflowVersion` into `core.workflow` / `core."workflowVersion"` never
fires for these rows, so every newly activated workspace is born with:
- no core mirror rows, and
- NULL `coreWorkflowId` / `coreWorkflowVersionId` soft-refs.

This is permanent, growing drift. The core-consistency check reports
every new workspace as 2 unlinked workflows + versions, and once trigger
dispatch reads from core these seeded workflows would silently stop
working.

## Change
Insert the `core.workflow` and `core."workflowVersion"` mirror rows and
stamp the soft-refs inside the same prefill transaction. Field mapping
mirrors the dual-write / backfill exactly:
- `core."workflowVersion".workflowId` = the workspace workflow id (what
the trigger-map cache groups by)
- `triggers` = jsonb `[trigger]`
- `applicationId` = `workspace.workspaceCustomApplicationId` (throws if
missing, same contract as the sync path)
- `core.workflow.lastPublishedVersionId` = the workspace version id
- one ACTIVE core version per workflow (satisfies the partial unique
index)

Core ids are deterministic v5 (same helper/namespace as the existing
prefill ids) so the existing `.orIgnore()` re-run guard stays idempotent
— a re-run hits the PK conflict and is skipped instead of inserting
duplicate orphan core rows.

The large diff is mostly re-indentation: the step/trigger arrays were
extracted to consts so the same objects feed both the workspace and core
inserts. The step/field UUID literals are unchanged from main.

## Verification
- `nx lint:diff-with-main twenty-server`: clean.
- Typecheck (isolated `tsc`): no errors in the changed file (`nx
typecheck twenty-server` is blocked by a pre-existing `twenty-shared`
build error on main, unrelated).
- Runtime: pending a `database:reset` + cross-schema parity query
confirming zero drift on a freshly seeded workspace.

Thomas Trompette cb2e325c4b fix(workflow): make prefilled workflow ids unique per workspace (#22800)
## Problem

\`prefillWorkflows\` (run for every workspace on \`activateWorkspace\`)
inserts workflows and versions with **hardcoded ids**
(\`QUICK_LEAD_WORKFLOW_ID = 8b213cac...\`, etc.). So every workspace
carries the same workflow/version record ids. Within a workspace schema
that's harmless, but it means workspace record ids are **not unique
across workspaces**, which:
- breaks the workflowVersion backfill on the shared core table (surfaced
as the \`IDX_WORKFLOW_VERSION_ONE_ACTIVE_PER_WORKFLOW\` duplicate-key
error, since multiple workspaces claim the same active \`workflowId\`),
and
- collides on \`core.workflow\`/\`core.workflowVersion\` PKs once
workflows migrate to core (the core row reuses the workspace record id),
causing cross-workspace clobbering.

## Fix

Derive the prefill ids **deterministically per workspace**:
\`getWorkflowPrefillIds(workspaceId)\` returns \`v5(label:workspaceId,
namespace)\` for each of the workflow/version/trigger ids. Deterministic
(stable across the idempotent \`orIgnore\` re-runs) but unique per
workspace. The command-menu-item prefill uses the same helper so its
\`workflowVersionId\` reference stays consistent.

Only affects **new** workspaces; existing workspaces keep their current
ids (prefill is skipped on re-activation).

## Test

Reset seeds two workspaces; both now get a Quick Lead workflow with a
**distinct** v5-derived id (not the old \`8b213cac\`), and internal
references stay consistent (\`version.workflowId == workflow.id\`,
\`lastPublishedVersionId == version.id\`). Typecheck + lint clean.

Companion to #22795 (which scopes the active index to workspace).
Together they fix the backfill duplicate-id failures.

Raphaël Bosi 60f5964c64 Run front components in a sandboxed opaque-origin iframe (#22588)
Front components run untrusted third-party React in a Web Worker. That
worker previously shared the host origin, so it could reach
origin-scoped storage (the metadata-store IndexedDB, the
`twenty-sign-out` BroadcastChannel), cookies, and same-origin resources.

This runs the worker inside a `sandbox="allow-scripts"` (no
`allow-same-origin`) iframe, giving it an opaque origin where the
browser denies localStorage, cookies, IndexedDB, and BroadcastChannel
outright. The worker is kept inside the iframe (rather than a bare
iframe) so untrusted code always runs off the main thread; the
remote-dom render path is unchanged.

- **Transport:** host ↔ iframe ↔ worker over a re-transferred
`MessagePort` (`ThreadMessagePort`); a small bootstrap script is inlined
into the iframe via `srcdoc` (bundled at build time by a prebuild step)
and relays the port to the worker it spawns. Messages across the
boundary use a typed discriminated union with a single parse/guard.
- **Network:** under the opaque origin, direct fetches to the Twenty API
would be `Origin: null`, so the component source and SDK modules are
fetched through an allowlisted, credential-omitting `hostFetch` bridge
and blobbed inside the worker. The allowlist is single-sourced on the
host (http(s) origins only) and carried in the render context. The
bridge is mandatory (rendering fails closed if it is missing), refuses
redirects except for GET/HEAD to the known file-storage URLs, and caps
response body size.
- **SDK loading:** SDK client modules now load inside the worker through
the bridge, replacing the host-side SDK-blob state/effect/provider with
a pure `getSdkClientUrls` URL builder.
- **Isolation tests:** a unit test locks the sandbox attribute
(`allow-scripts`, never `allow-same-origin`); a browser test asserts the
worker actually gets an opaque origin with storage denied, probing
cookies by writing one rather than reading an empty jar.

Also adds a "List Companies" seed front component that queries workspace
data via the SDK client (exercising the bridge end-to-end),
single-sources the command-menu confirmation-modal result event name and
detail type in `twenty-shared` (previously a hand-synced duplicate), and
decomposes the renderer (bridge, sandbox, worker orchestration) into
small single-purpose utils with unit tests.

Paul Rastoin 9e20e2222a Fix front-component serving on Safari, kill stale presigned caching, and cache built bundles client-side (#22672)
## Context

Built front-component bundles are served via `GET
/rest/front-components/:id/:cacheKey`. On S3-backed storage (Twenty
Cloud) the endpoint used to 302-redirect the worker's authenticated
fetch to a presigned S3 URL. That redirect caused two bugs, and fixing
it removed the caching the redirect was accidentally providing — so this
PR also adds a proper client-side cache.

Closes twentyhq/core-team-issues#2653.

### Bug 1 — Safari 403 (Authorization header forwarded across redirect)

The renderer worker fetches the bundle with `Authorization: Bearer`. The
controller answered with a 302 to a presigned S3 URL. Per the Fetch
spec, browsers must strip `Authorization` on a cross-origin redirect.
Chrome/Firefox do, but Safari/WebKit forwards it, so S3 receives both a
query-string signature and an `Authorization` header and rejects with
`InvalidArgument: Only one auth mechanism allowed`. Result: front
components never load in Safari on S3-backed storage.

### Bug 2 — 302 cached publicly (browser-independent)

The redirect branch set no `Cache-Control`, so a CDN could cache it far
beyond the presigned URL's TTL (`STORAGE_S3_PRESIGNED_URL_EXPIRES_IN`,
900s). Consequences: any client re-served the cached 302 after 15 min
hits an expired signature (403, also affects Chrome), and the cached
redirect containing a live presigned URL is served to unauthenticated
requests (short-lived auth bypass).

### Regression this introduces — warm-load caching lost

Marking the handoff `no-store` (Bug 2 fix) is correct, but it means the
built bundle is no longer cached anywhere on the S3 path. The browser
HTTP cache cannot compensate: the presigned URL that actually returns
the bytes carries a fresh `X-Amz-Date`/`X-Amz-Signature` on every
request, so each download is a brand-new cache key and never hits. Net
effect without mitigation: every worker mount re-downloads the full
bundle.

## What changed

- **Front components return a 200 JSON body instead of a 302.** The
controller now responds `200 { url }` with `Cache-Control: private,
no-store`. The worker parses the JSON and issues a separate header-less
`fetch(url)` to S3. No redirect means the `Authorization` header is
never forwarded, making it browser-independent, and the handoff carrying
the presigned URL is never cached. The stream path (local storage) is
unchanged.
- **Client-side bundle cache in the renderer (restores warm loads).**
`fetchComponentSource` wraps the fetch chain in a `CacheStorage` layer
keyed by the **content-addressed** `/front-components/:id/:checksum.js`
URL. A hit returns the stored bundle and skips **both** the `no-store`
handoff to Twenty and the S3 download — restoring cross-session warm
loads without ever persisting a presigned credential. Because
`CacheStorage` is writable by any same-origin code (including the
untrusted component code this cache feeds), cached content is verified
against the sha-256 checksum embedded in the URL on every read, and
evicted on mismatch. Caching degrades to a plain fetch where
`CacheStorage` or WebCrypto is unavailable.
- **sha-256 checksums for built front components.** The SDK build and
workspace prefill now fingerprint built front-component bundles with
sha-256 (WebCrypto has no md5), enabling the integrity check above.
Other file folders keep md5. Legacy md5-fingerprinted URLs (32-hex)
simply bypass the cache — already-synced components keep working and
start benefiting from caching on their next build/sync.
- **WebKit e2e coverage.** Added a `webkit` project to the postcard
example's Playwright config mirroring `chrome` (shared setup +
storageState), plus iframe/worker diagnostics logging so front-component
failures surface in the test log. `TZ` is pinned to `Europe/Paris`
because WebKit on Linux ignores Playwright's `timezoneId` emulation and
rejects the runner's legacy `CET` alias, which crashed the record page
before the component could render.

### Why we hand off to S3 instead of streaming through Twenty

On S3-backed storage we deliberately **do not** proxy/stream the bundle
bytes through the API. The controller returns the presigned URL and the
worker fetches the content directly from S3, for two reasons:

- **Server CPU/bandwidth.** Streaming every bundle on every cold load
would put the API server on the hot path for all front-component
content. Handing off to S3 keeps that load off the server.
- **Domain isolation.** Front-component content is fetched from the
object-storage domain (e.g. `s3.domain.com`), a different origin than
the API and the front app. Serving untrusted/app-authored bundle content
from a separate domain than `twenty.com` keeps it off the app's origin.

The stream path is kept only as the local-storage fallback (no
S3/presign available), where these concerns don't apply.

## Examples

### The JSON handoff (S3 path)

```http
GET /rest/front-components/d3b07384-.../a1b2c3d4.js HTTP/1.1
Host: twenty.com
Authorization: Bearer <worker-token>
```

```http
HTTP/1.1 200 OK
Content-Type: application/json
Cache-Control: private, no-store
{"url":"https://s3.domain.com/bucket/.../checkout-widget.mjs?X-Amz-Date=20260709T091500Z&X-Amz-Expires=900&...&X-Amz-Signature=AAAA1111..."}
```

The worker then fetches that presigned URL **without** headers (the
Safari fix) and gets the bundle bytes.

### Why the browser HTTP cache can't reuse it

| | Load 1 (09:15) | Load 2 (09:30) | Same key? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Twenty handoff URL | `.../a1b2c3d4.js` | `.../a1b2c3d4.js` |  but
response is `no-store` |
| Presigned `X-Amz-Signature` | `AAAA1111...` | `ZZZZ9999...` |  |
| Effective S3 URL (the HTTP cache key) |
`...&X-Amz-Signature=AAAA1111...` | `...&X-Amz-Signature=ZZZZ9999...` |
 new key → miss |

### What the CacheStorage layer stores

```
key   = https://twenty.com/rest/front-components/d3b07384-.../a1b2c3d4.js   (stable, chosen by us)
value = <bundle JS bytes>                                                   (NOT the presigned URL)
```

Keying by the stable logical URL (not the volatile URL the bytes arrived
from) is the one thing the native HTTP cache can't express. The
presigned URL is used once and discarded.

### Invalidation

No TTL and no explicit delete — invalidation is by key change. A rebuild
changes the checksum → changes the URL → guaranteed miss on the new key.
The old entry is orphaned and reclaimed by normal browser eviction
(quota/LRU; Safari ITP after 7 idle days). Global invalidation lever:
bump the cache name suffix (`front-component-source-v1`).

## Deploy note — front/server release window

Old frontend bundles (already-open tabs) hitting the new server receive
the JSON handoff where they expect raw JS and fail to render until the
tab is reloaded. The other direction is safe: the new worker against an
old server follows the 302 transparently (the content-type check falls
through to `response.text()`). Accepted as a short deploy-window
trade-off.

## Follow-ups (not in this PR)

- The client-side cache is a bridge for the `no-store` presigned
handoff. If built components are later served from a stable, non-signed,
public-by-URL path (they are already content-addressed by checksum, so
`immutable` is safe), the browser + CDN cache natively and this custom
layer can be removed.
- `GET /file/:fileFolder/:id` presigned 302s still carry no
`Cache-Control`. An explicit policy there (bounded `private, max-age`
below the presigned TTL) was prototyped in this PR and deliberately
dropped to keep the scope on front components — the file path
authenticates via a query-param token (part of any cache key), so its
exposure differs and deserves its own PR.

## Non-goals

Per the issue, file serving keeps its query-param token + 302 model.
Native browser loads (`<img>`, downloads) cannot do a two-step fetch and
already work on Safari. The public-asset redirect is left untouched
since its caching is intentional.

## Test plan

- Renderer: `fetchComponentSource.spec.ts` covers cache miss + write,
verified cache hit (no network), poisoned-entry eviction,
checksum-mismatch (never cached), non-fingerprinted and legacy-md5 URL
bypass, and the no-`CacheStorage` / no-WebCrypto fallbacks.
`fetchComponentSourceFromNetwork.spec.ts` covers the direct JS response,
the JSON handoff follow-through (header-less presigned fetch), and error
mapping.
- e2e: the postcard front-component spec now runs on both Chromium and
WebKit against prod-parity storage (S3 + Lambda).
- `oxlint` + `oxfmt` clean; typecheck passes on changed packages.

### Reproduction proof — Safari was always broken (e2e probe)

We ran the prod-parity postcard e2e suite (S3 storage + Lambda) with
WebKit against **`main` without this fix**, via a throwaway probe PR:
twentyhq/twenty#22717.

Result — [ci-privileged run
29015624468](https://github.com/twentyhq/ci-privileged/actions/runs/29015624468):

```
1 failed
  [webkit] › card-front-component.spec.ts:61 › renders the postcard name and status badge in the record preview
2 passed (1.4m)
```

`[webkit]` times out waiting for `getByTestId('postcard-card')` to
become visible (*element(s) not found*) while the Chromium run of the
same spec passes. This confirms the front component **never rendered in
Safari** on S3-backed storage prior to this PR — it is a genuine,
browser-specific bug, not a flake. The fix in this PR is expected to
turn that same `[webkit]` assertion green.

Note: running the WebKit tests in CI requires the WebKit browser binary
and its system dependencies in the e2e job (now installed via `npx
playwright install --with-deps chromium webkit`).

martmull b733a79821 feat(server): support server-scoped files via nullable workspaceId on file table (#22587)
Part of the app settings architecture cleanup
(twentyhq/core-team-issues#2456) — PR 1 of the server-level documents
plan, reworked after the revert of #22560 (#22579). Same capability,
different shape: **no new entity** — server-level documents live in the
existing `file` table with a nullable `workspaceId`.

## Problem

All file storage is workspace-scoped (`FileEntity.workspaceId NOT NULL`,
`{workspaceId}/{app}/…` storage keys). Server-level data like
application-registration manifests and tarballs for ownerless catalog
registrations has no first-class home, forcing raw-driver bypasses
(`DefaultAiCatalogService`, prototype #22556).

## Changes (core storage layer only — no HTTP serving, no GraphQL
exposure)

**`FileEntity` gains server scope** (mirrors `KeyValuePairEntity`, which
already supports both instance-level and per-workspace rows):
- `workspaceId` uuid becomes **nullable** — NULL means server-scoped;
the entity no longer extends `WorkspaceRelatedEntity` and declares its
columns directly
- `applicationRegistrationId` nullable FK (`onDelete: CASCADE`) —
registration-owned documents follow their registration
- ownership checks: `workspaceId IS NOT NULL OR
applicationRegistrationId IS NOT NULL` and `workspaceId IS NULL OR
applicationRegistrationId IS NULL` — every row has exactly one owner
- `IDX_FILE_APPLICATION_REGISTRATION_ID_PATH_UNIQUE` UNIQUE
(`applicationRegistrationId`, `path`) — mirrors the workspace
unique-constraint pattern; workspace rows are exempt via their NULL
`applicationRegistrationId`

**New `ServerFileStorageService`** (`file-storage/services/`, exported
from the global `FileStorageModule`; `FileStorageService` moved
alongside it):
- storage keys
`server/{fileFolder}/{applicationRegistrationId}/{resourcePath}` — the
registration segment is injected by the service itself, so paths cannot
collide across registrations; scope-validation util mirroring
`validateStoragePathIsWithinWorkspaceOrThrow`; new `ServerFileFolder`
enum in twenty-shared
- `writeServerFile` (upsert on (`applicationRegistrationId`, `path`) +
driver write; throws on failure), `readServerFile`/`readServerFileById`
(missing row or bytes surfaces `FILE_NOT_FOUND`),
`checkServerFileExists`, `deleteServerFile`/`deleteByServerFileId`
(bytes best-effort, row authoritative),
`deleteByApplicationRegistrationId`
- rows are accessed through a plain repository pinned to `workspaceId:
IsNull()` on every query; workspace-file code paths still go through
`WorkspaceScopedRepository`, which never sees NULL rows

**Null-safety ripples** (workspaceId is now `string | null`):
- `WorkspaceScopedEntity` bound widened to `workspaceId: string | null`
(the wrapper always filters with a concrete id)
- `list-and-delete-orphaned-workspace-entities` now skips `workspaceId
IS NULL` rows — previously `NOT EXISTS` would have flagged server rows
as orphans and deleted them
- `PendingFileCleanupService` sweeps only `workspaceId IS NOT NULL`
rows; `application-package-fetcher` pins its tarball lookup to workspace
rows (tarball migration to server scope is a follow-up PR)

**Migration**: `allow-server-scoped-file` ships as a **2-20 fast
instance command** (2.20.0 is current since #22639; re-slotted from 2-19
per review). Command runs are tracked by name, so instances that already
executed the 2-20 `standardOverrides` drop command still pick this one
up. Its realistic timestamp sorts before that drop command's fabricated
`1825000000000`, which the
`ci:allow-upgrade-command-timestamp-exception` label covers.

## Next PRs in the plan

- PR 2: HTTP serving + token type for server files
- PR 3: application-registration manifests stored as versioned server
files (rework of draft #22556)
- PR 4 (optional): registration tarballs migrate to server scope

## Verification

- New spec `server-file-storage.service.spec.ts` (traversal table,
upsert conflict semantics, row-before-bytes reads, best-effort byte
deletion, registration cascade) + scope-validation util spec; affected
suites all green
- Typecheck (server + shared), `lint:diff-with-main`, full `oxfmt
--check src/` on both packages clean
- Fresh `database:reset` on the re-slotted branch: the 2-20 command
executes, generator then reports **no schema drift**; both ownership
checks and the composite unique verified live (dual-owner insert and
duplicate registration+path both rejected)

Félix Malfait a0689d1577 feat(workflow): condition filter on database-event triggers (#21868)
## Problem

Connecting a mailbox bulk-creates contacts via the email/calendar sync,
and each `person.upserted` fires the seeded **"Create company when
adding a new person"** workflow. The trigger enqueues one run per record
(no batching) and each run bills several `WORKFLOW_NODE_RUN` events — so
a single mailbox connect can rack up tens of thousands of runs and
exhaust credits on a brand-new workspace. The workflow is also redundant
on that path: the sync already creates the company from the email domain
and links the person to it.

## What this does

Adds an optional, user-defined **filter** to database-event (listener)
triggers, evaluated in the listener **before a run is enqueued**.
Non-matching events never create a run, so they consume zero execution
credits. This is the Filter node's capability, lifted to the trigger
level, and available for all event types (created / updated / upserted /
deleted).

The seeded "Create company when adding a new person" workflow now
carries a visible trigger filter — `Created by → Source is not Email`
**and** `is not Calendar` — so it no longer runs for sync-created
contacts, while still running for manually / API / CSV-added people.

## How (reuse)

- **Backend:** extracted `evaluateStepFilters()`, shared by the Filter
action and the trigger listener's new `eventMatchesRecordFilter` gate.
The record is exposed under the `trigger` key so filters reference it
exactly like steps do (`{{trigger.properties.after.…}}`).
- **Shared:** one optional `filter` added to the database-event trigger
zod schema; the front-end type derives from it (settings stay JSON — no
codegen).
- **Frontend:** extracted `WorkflowStepFilterBuilder` from the Filter
action's body; both the Filter action and the trigger editor render it.
The field picker needed no changes — at the trigger it already resolves
to the record's own fields via `TRIGGER_STEP_ID`.

## Scope / decisions

- **No migration for existing workspaces** (by request) — only newly
created workspaces get the filtered default; already-created workspaces
keep the always-on workflow.
- Deliberately did **not** add relation-enrichment to the upsert path
(it would add a DB lookup to the very bulk-sync path we're relieving).
Trigger filters work on the record's own scalar/composite fields (e.g.
`createdBy.source`); relation-based filters work on created/updated
where enrichment already runs.

## Verification

- Typecheck: `twenty-shared`, `twenty-server`, `twenty-front` all green.
- Lint (diff, autofix): 0 warnings / 0 errors across all three.
- Unit tests: a new `evaluate-step-filters` spec exercising the exact
`createdBy.source IS_NOT` seed mechanism, plus new listener specs
proving non-matching events are not enqueued. All backend
filter/listener suites pass.
- Not run here: integration tests (need a DB) and Storybook.

Weiko 3ee93b5ec9 feat(server): add isSystemSideEffect & merge createOneObject/createOneField side-effect migrations (#21673)
## Context

When an object is created via the metadata API, `createOneObject`
creates its side-effect entities (INDEX view + viewFields, indexes,
navigation menu item, "go to" command menu item, record-page fields
view, page layout/tabs/widgets) across **three separate
`validateBuildAndRunWorkspaceMigration` calls**, purely because the
protection behavior (mutations → overrides, delete → deactivate, reset →
reactivate) was keyed on *"owned by the standard app"*, forcing the side
effects into batches with different application owners. This
misrepresents ownership and breaks atomicity.

This PR separates two orthogonal concepts:

- **Ownership** (`applicationId`), the true owner: the caller's
application (the workspace custom app today, 3rd-party apps later).
- **Protection** (`isSystemSideEffect`), the row was generated by the
system, so user mutations route to overrides, deletion becomes
deactivation, and reset restores defaults.

Once side effects are re-owned to the caller, the old `applicationId ===
standardApp` check can no longer tell an original side-effect row from a
user-added one so a dedicated `isSystemSideEffect` flag carries the
protection instead.

This is **PR 1 of 2** (forward-only). It makes newly created objects and
fields correct; existing workspaces are handled by a follow-up backfill
(see *Out of scope*).

## What this PR does

- **`isSystemSideEffect` column** on the 8 affected entities (`view`,
`viewField`, `indexMetadata`, `commandMenuItem`, `pageLayout`,
`pageLayoutTab`, `pageLayoutWidget`, `fieldMetadata`), with
`@WasIntroducedInUpgrade` + an entry in the flat-entity property
configuration (`toCompare: true`, read-only).
- **Single atomic migration in `createOneObject`**: the three
`validateBuildAndRunWorkspaceMigration` calls are merged into one, owned
by the caller (`resolvedOwnerFlatApplication`) and the record-page
view/fields, page layout, and navigation command item are re-owned to
the caller and flagged `isSystemSideEffect: true`.
`buildNavigationFlatCommandMenuItem` is parameterized with
`applicationUniversalIdentifier` (no longer hardcoded to the standard
app).
- **Field-creation side effects** (`createManyFields`/`createOneField`
already run as a single caller-owned migration, so no re-ownership/merge
was needed): the auto-created viewField is flagged `isSystemSideEffect:
true`, and a new field now also propagates to the object's **INDEX/table
view** (added there as a **hidden** column, `isVisible: false`) in
addition to
the record-page FIELDS widget. The INDEX view is targeted directly by
`key = INDEX` (it is not a page-layout widget), de-duplicated per
`(viewId, fieldMetadataUniversalIdentifier)` to respect the per-view
unique index.
The unique-field index is likewise flagged the inverse relation field
stays unflagged (`isSystem: false`).
- **Protection predicate** extended: `isCallerOverridingEntity` and the
removal/reset split strategies now treat `isSystemSideEffect` rows as
protected even when caller-owned (route to
overrides / deactivate / reset) and the page-layout-reset guards allow
resetting flagged entities.
- **Standard compute maps** set the flag consistently so a re-sync
produces no diff (standard-object side effects stay `false`; per-object
nav command items and custom-object base fields are `true`).
- **Read-only GraphQL exposure** of `isSystemSideEffect` on the view /
view-field / page-layout / tab / widget / command-menu-item DTOs (not
exposed on create/update inputs). => Todo: needs to take this new flag
into account. This is fine for now because isSystem remains on
object/field.
- **Fast instance command** (`2-14`) adding the 8 columns (`NOT NULL
DEFAULT false`).

## Scope decisions

- **`pageLayout` is not an `OverridableEntity`**, its own row has
nothing user-overridable (all customization lives on tabs/widgets). It's
dual-purpose (`RECORD_PAGE` side-effect vs. user `DASHBOARD`), so it
gets `isSystemSideEffect` for protection only, no `overrides` jsonb.
- **`navigationMenuItem` is out of scope.**: Those are side effects only
for the metadata API and not marked as "system" (they can be
deleted/updated etc...)
- **`viewFieldGroup` is not a side effect**, it's only created via the
explicit view-field-group API, never by object/field creation, so it
gets no flag.

## Out of scope (follow-ups)

**PR 2** — slow per-workspace backfill (re-own + flag existing side
effects, recreate missing ones) and deterministic v5 identifiers for
base fields / pageLayout / tab.

Weiko f63f053444 CommandMenuItem overridable entity (#21486)
## Context
Second PR of the overridable-entities track (after #21436 for views):
command menu items become overridable so that edits on non-owned items
are stored as overrides instead of mutating the row, and
deletion/deactivation becomes reversible.

 ## What this does

- `CommandMenuItemEntity` now extends
`OverridableEntity<CommandMenuItemOverrides>` (adds `isActive` +
`overrides`). All editable properties are overridable for now (to
discuss).
- **Update**: mutations on a command item not owned by the caller
(standard items) are written into `overrides`; reads merge them in the
DTO. The command palette edit mode (pin,
reorder, shortLabel) now preserves standard values, "Reset label to
default" gains true post-save semantics.
- **Delete**: protected items are deactivated (`isActive = false`)
instead of deleted; custom items still hard-delete.
- **Object deactivate/enable toggle**: now flips `isActive` on the
command item (merged into the main migration call) instead of
delete/recreate; a create-if-missing fallback covers legacy deactivated
objects.
- **Front**: inactive command items are filtered out of the palette
selector.

Raphaël Bosi 41d5d80a65 Migrate Company and Person standard fields in preparation for the enrichment app (#21171)
# Migrate Company and Person standard fields in preparation for the
enrichment app

## Why

Our standard `Person`/`Company` objects accumulated fields that aren't
generic to every
business, while missing a more universal revenue field that essentially
every CRM ships.
This PR makes the **Standard application** hold a tighter, more
universal set of fields,
and sets the stage for a follow-up PR that introduces a **People Data
Labs enrichment app**
to populate them.

## What changes

### Standard fields

**Demoted (Standard → Workspace Custom application)** — not generic
enough to ship as standard:

| Object  | Field                          | Type     |
| ------- | ------------------------------ | -------- |
| Company | annualRecurringRevenue (ARR)   | CURRENCY |
| Company | employees                      | NUMBER   |
| Company | idealCustomerProfile (ICP)     | BOOLEAN  |
| Company | xLink (X/Twitter)              | LINKS    |
| Person  | xLink (X/Twitter)              | LINKS    |
| Person  | city                           | TEXT     |

**Added (new generic Standard field)** — present in
Salesforce/HubSpot/Zoho, PDL-populatable:

| Object | Field | Type |
| ------- | ------------- |
-------------------------------------------------------- |
| Company | annualRevenue | CURRENCY (generic total revenue; replaces
the niche ARR) |

### Behavior by workspace

* **New workspaces:** demoted fields are gone; `annualRevenue` is
**active**.
* **Existing workspaces:** demoted fields are **preserved as active
custom fields, data intact**;
`annualRevenue` is created **inactive (opt-in)** with its column ready,
so a later activation
  is a metadata-only toggle.

### Upgrade commands (v2.9)

Three idempotent, per-workspace commands, run in timestamp order:

1. **`upgrade:2-9:move-demoted-standard-fields-to-custom-application`**
(1799000040000) —
re-owns the 6 demoted fields to the workspace custom application
(`isCustom = true`,
new `applicationId` + fresh `universalIdentifier`), keeping their data
and active state.
2. **`upgrade:2-9:rename-conflicting-custom-fields`** (1799000045000) —
if a workspace already
has a *custom* field named `annualRevenue`, renames it to
`annualRevenueCustom`
(data preserved via column rename) so the standard field can be added.
Skips non-custom matches.
3. **`upgrade:2-9:add-inactive-generic-standard-fields`**
(1799000050000) — creates
`Company.annualRevenue` on existing workspaces as inactive, guarded to
skip workspaces
   missing the target object or where the name is still taken.

**Failure model:** the workspace iterator isolates failures per
workspace (one workspace failing
never affects others); within a workspace the runner records per-command
status and resumes on the
next run, and every command is idempotent, so partial runs self-heal.

### Supporting changes

* **Field-option color palette:** widened the `TagColor` union
(`twenty-shared` `FieldMetadataOptions`
+ the field-metadata `options.input` DTO) from 10 colors to the full
theme palette, benefiting any
  future SELECT/MULTI_SELECT field.
* **Dev seeder:**
* The default "Annual Recurring Revenue" dashboard widget now points at
the generic
    `annualRevenue` field (renamed to "Annual Revenue").
* Removed the "Companies by Size (Stacked by City)" widget (relied on
the demoted `employees`).
* `employees` is dropped from company data seeds and re-added as a
**custom** field seed, so dev
workspaces still get an `employees` column matching the demoted
behavior.

### Cleanup

Front-end record types (`Company.ts`/`Person.ts`), the
`getDisplayNameFromParticipant` test mock,
metadata integration specs, the Zapier `crud_record` test, and the
regenerated
`get-standard-object-metadata-related-entity-ids` snapshot.

## ⚠️ Breaking change (intentional)

Removes standard fields `Company.annualRecurringRevenue`,
`Company.employees`,
`Company.idealCustomerProfile`, `Company.xLink`, `Person.xLink`, and
`Person.city` from the core
GraphQL schema (replaced by `Company.annualRevenue`).

This is why the breaking-changes check reports a large number of
removals — `graphql-inspector`
flags any removed object field plus its derived
aggregate/order-by/filter/update types.

**Mitigation:** the
`upgrade:2-9:move-demoted-standard-fields-to-custom-application` command
re-owns these fields as custom fields per workspace, preserving their
name and data, so existing
tenants keep working. New workspaces won't have them.

Félix Malfait 53fdac1417 feat(apps): split AI tool and workflow action triggers in LogicFunction manifest (#20208)
## Summary

Replaces the bolted-on `isTool` + `toolInputSchema` fields on
`LogicFunctionManifest` with two distinct, opt-in triggers that align
with the existing `cron` / `databaseEvent` / `httpRoute` trigger
pattern:

- **`toolTriggerSettings`** — exposes the function as an AI tool (chat /
MCP / function calling). Uses standard JSON Schema (the format LLMs
natively understand).
- **`workflowActionTriggerSettings`** — exposes the function as a step
in the visual workflow builder. Uses Twenty's rich `InputSchema` so the
builder can render proper `FieldMetadataType`-aware editors, variable
pickers, labels, and an optional `outputSchema`.

A function can opt into none, one, or both. Each surface gets the schema
format appropriate for it.

### Why

`isTool: true` previously exposed the function as both an AI tool AND a
workflow node, with the same JSON Schema feeding both — but the workflow
builder really wants Twenty's `InputSchema` (with `CURRENCY`,
`RELATION`, `EMAILS`, etc.) and the AI surface really wants standard
JSON Schema. Today the workflow builder hacks around this by treating
JSON Schema as `InputSchema`, which silently breaks for any
non-primitive field type. Splitting the triggers fixes that and lets
each surface evolve independently.

### Migration

- **Fast** instance command adds the two new nullable columns.
- **Slow** instance command backfills `toolTriggerSettings` +
`workflowActionTriggerSettings` from `isTool=true` rows (preserving
today's both-surfaces behaviour) then drops the legacy columns.

### Stacked

Stacked on top of #20181. Merge that first, then this.

## Test plan

- [ ] CI green (oxlint, typecheck, jest, vitest)
- [ ] Run `--include-slow` upgrade against a workspace with existing
`isTool=true` logic functions; verify both new columns populated and old
columns dropped
- [ ] Verify AI chat sees migrated tool functions (Linear create-issue,
Exa search) and can call them with the JSON Schema
- [ ] Add an AI-tool function from the Settings UI (toggles
`toolTriggerSettings`) and verify it shows up in chat
- [ ] Add a workflow-action function from the Settings UI (toggles
`workflowActionTriggerSettings`) and verify it appears in the workflow
node picker
- [ ] In the workflow builder, edit a `LOGIC_FUNCTION` step and verify
input fields render (no more JSON-Schema-as-InputSchema hack)
- [ ] Try defining a function with no triggers in the SDK and verify
`defineLogicFunction` rejects it

being globally available
- Filter command menu items by the current page layout on the frontend.
Items with a `pageLayoutId` only appear when viewing that layout, while
items without one remain globally visible
- Create an effect to track the current page layout ID

Charles Bochet 6b48f197d4 feat: deprecate WorkspaceFavorite in favor of NavigationMenuItem (#18624)
## Summary

- **Removes the entire `modules/favorites/` directory** (~66 files,
~5000 lines deleted) — components, hooks, states, types, utils, tests,
and the favorite-folder-picker sub-module
- **Eliminates the dual-write pattern** where creating a favorite also
created a NavigationMenuItem — all consumers now use
`useCreateNavigationMenuItem` directly
- **Removes `IS_NAVIGATION_MENU_ITEM_EDITING_ENABLED` feature flag
checks** from ~12 files, always taking the NavigationMenuItem code path
- **Cleans up backend dual-writes** in `object-metadata.service.ts` and
`twenty-standard-application.service.ts` that were creating Favorite
records alongside NavigationMenuItems
- **Updates prefetch system** to only load NavigationMenuItems (removes
favorites prefetch effects and states)
- **Cleans up test infrastructure** — updates Storybook decorators, mock
data, and graphql mocks to remove favorites references

### What was intentionally kept
- **Backend entity definitions** (`FavoriteWorkspaceEntity`,
`FavoriteFolderWorkspaceEntity`) — these define the database schema and
need a proper database migration to remove
- **Cascade deletion listeners** — still needed to clean up existing
Favorite data in workspaces that haven't been fully migrated
- **v1.18 migration commands** — needed for workspaces upgrading from
older versions

Abdullah. 9f9a6a45dd fix: enforce the user to pass in property with id suffix for morph relations in Rest API (#18335)
REST API allowed users to pass in targetOpportunity, targetPerson,
targetCompany etc when trying to create a noteTarget or a taskTarget.
The request went through, we got back a 201, the record was created, but
the relationship was never established since the FK was empty in the
database.

This PR enforces users to send in the property with the `Id` suffix for
consistency. So, the user sends in targetOpportunityId, targetPersonId,
targetCompanyId etc.

<p align="center">
<img width="854" height="480" alt="image"
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/ed50a623-68d4-4266-baf1-e94a657c3fd4"
/>
</p>

If the users try to send without the "Id" suffix, they get an error
explaining what to do.

<p align="center">
<img width="854" height="480" alt="image"
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/8bab399b-7a04-4b6a-86b5-6f0e0b1ecd5d"
/>
</p>

Additionally, the documentation itself contains the correct property
names.

<p align="center">
<img width="854" height="480" alt="image"
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/83e51cd6-8ef7-4a4d-8696-ab37cc4a9dd6"
/>
</p>

Finally, the filters also enforce this "Id" suffix convention in the GET
request.

<p align="center">
<img width="854" height="480" alt="image"
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/168a2f09-1242-40fa-bd84-1f7d9c60357c"
/>
</p>

Edit: Updated error messages after the screenshots were taken to make
them a little generic. Secondly, this PR also fixes the issue of morph
relation ids and objects not appearing in the response (when depth is
1).

Félix Malfait e382641ac3 fix: use real founder headshots in seed data (#17749)
## Summary
Updates the avatar URLs for seeded founders to use properly named images
instead of generic numbered placeholder images.

## Changes
Updates `prefill-people.ts` to reference new image paths in
`twentyhq/placeholder-images/founders/`:

| Person | Company | New Image Path |
|--------|---------|----------------|
| Brian Chesky | Airbnb | `founders/brian-chesky.jpg` |
| Dario Amodei | Anthropic | `founders/dario-amodei.jpg` |
| Patrick Collison | Stripe | `founders/patrick-collison.jpg` |
| Dylan Field | Figma | `founders/dylan-field.jpg` |
| Ivan Zhao | Notion | `founders/ivan-zhao.jpg` |

## Related
Requires a corresponding PR on `twentyhq/placeholder-images` to add the
actual founder headshot images to the `founders/` directory.

## Why
The previous placeholder images were generic numbered images that didn't
represent the actual people. This creates a single source of truth for
founder images that all workspaces can reference.

Paul Rastoin 476bdf764c Refactor flat entity maps to be universal oriented (#17665)
# Introduction
In preparation of the workspace agnostic builder, we're migrating
`FlatEntityMaps` to be universal identifier oriented and based
As in the builder context there're won't be any ids at all
Please also note that the FlatEntity is a UniversalFlatEntity superset

From
```ts
import { type SyncableFlatEntity } from 'src/engine/metadata-modules/flat-entity/types/flat-entity-from.type';
export type FlatEntityMaps<T extends SyncableFlatEntity> = {
  byId: Partial<Record<string, T>>;
  idByUniversalIdentifier: Partial<Record<string, string>>;
  universalIdentifiersByApplicationId: Partial<Record<string, string[]>>;
};
```

To
```ts
export type FlatEntityMaps<
  T extends SyncableFlatEntity | UniversalSyncableFlatEntity,
> = {
  byUniversalIdentifier: Partial<Record<string, T>>;
  universalIdentifierById: Partial<Record<string, string>>;
  universalIdentifiersByApplicationId: Partial<Record<string, string[]>>; // this might make more sense to be migrated to universalIdentifiersByApplicationUniversalIdentifier but it's the main topic of this PR
nitin 46e5420d20 dashboard workspace standard seeds (#16962)
# Introduction
In this pull request we're introducing new standard page layout, tabs
and widget ( 1 page layout, 1 tab and 8 widgets ) and also a new
opportunity field
Also now prefilling new records, 6 opportunities and a dashboard.
## Standard declaration
### New workspace creation
Relies on existing standard declaration builder
### Backfill command
We've been hacking through the standard builder in order to extract only
the standard page layout entities, updated their entity dependencies to
match the workspace ids so the validation passes
## Remark
- Refactored the `PageLayoutWidget` configuration type to be dynamically
typed through a generic discriminated union
Thomas Trompette bd49fd8d5f Remove object relation schema from step output (#16428)
Fix https://github.com/twentyhq/core-team-issues/issues/1931
On trigger database event and step record crud, we still display the
full object for relation in the variable picker (Account Owner in
screenshot).
<img width="259" height="189" alt="Capture d’écran 2025-12-09 à 14 43
src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/1d7fdebf-9183-4197-929a-7b7d719c465a"
/>
But as we do not enrich the data anymore, those fields are actually
empty. We should instead display AccountOwnerId and, if the user needs
the full Account owner, a search can be used.
Paul Rastoin 28cdb02fbb Twenty standard application Objects and fields as allFlatEntityMaps ID non-agnostic (#16298)
# Introduction
Related to https://github.com/twentyhq/core-team-issues/issues/1995
This PR introduces the basis of the `twentyStandard` application as code
on demand, it's highly tied to `ids` where it will becomes workspace
agnostic following the builder and runner `universalIdentifier` refactor
later.
The goal here to allow computing the `allFlatEntityMaps` `to` of the
`twentyStandard` application on a empty workspace ( workspace creation
). Allowing installing the twenty standard app through a workspace
migration instead of passing by the sync metadata
Nothing done will be run in production for the moment if it's not the
small validation refactor we've introduced
Please note that everything introduced here will be replaced at some
point by a twenty app instance when the twenty sdk is mature enough to
handle of the edge cases we need here
## How we've proceeded
We've been iterating over every workspace entity both objects and their
fields, and transpiled them to flatEntity.
Being sure we migrate the defaultValue, settings and so on accordingly.
We've also compute all the ids in prior of the whole entities
computation so we don't face any hoisting issue.
## Current state
At the moment only handling all of the 29 standard objects and their
fields
Settings a unique universalIdentifier for all of them
Will come views, agent role targets and so on later
## `workspace:compute-twenty-standard-migration` command
This command allow generating a workspace migration that will result in
installing the twenty standard app in an empty workspace
It's temporary and aims to allow debugging for the moment we might not
keep it in the future as it is right now
It contains debug writeFileSync which is expected no worries greptile
## `LabelFieldMetadataIdentifierId`
Small refactor allowing defining the label identifier field metadata id
of a uuid field metadata type for system object, as some of our standard
object don't have a name field and don't aim to
Also please note that we might remove this build options later in the
sake of the currently installed universal identifier application that we
could compare with the deterministic twenty standard one
## `runFlatFieldMetadataValidators`
Deprecated this pattern which was redundant and not v2 friendly pattern
## Current errors that will address in upcoming PR
Current standard objects and fields metadata does not pass the
validation that we have in place, as historically the sync metadata
would directly consume the repositories and would just ignore the
validation. This is about to change.
Will handle the below errors in dedicated PRs as they will required
upgrade commands in order to migrate the data, or will handle that from
the sync metadata instead still to be determined but nothing critical
here
- camel case field metadata name
- options label invalid format
Marie 77409b6eb2 [Requires "warm" cache flush (no immediate downtime before flush)] Migrate viewGroup.fieldMetadataId -> view.mainGroupByFieldMetadataId (1/3) (#16206)
In this PR (1/3)
- introduce view.mainGroupByFieldMetadataId as the new reference
determining which fieldMetadataId is used in a grouped view, in order to
deprecate viewGroup.fieldMetadataId which creates inconsistencies.
view.mainGroupByFieldMetadataId is now filled at every view creation,
though not in use yet.
- Introduce a command to backfill view.mainGroupByFieldMetadataId for
existing views + delete all viewGroup.fieldMetadataId with a
fieldMetadataId that is not view.mainGroupByFieldMetadataId. (It should
concern 37 active workspaces)
- Temporarily disable the option to change a grouped view's
fieldMetadataId as for now it creates inconsistencies. This feature can
be reintroduced when we have done the full migration.
In a next PR
- (2/3) use view.mainGroupByFieldMetadataId instead of
viewGroup.fieldMetadataId. In FE we may keep viewGroup.fieldMetadataId
as a state (TBD). View groups will now be created / deleted as a side
effect of view's mainGroupByFieldMetadataId update.
- (3/3) remove viewGroup.fieldMetadataId
Weiko 1607aebcc6 Deprecate object metadata maps in favor of flat entities (#16080)
## Context
Deprecating the old objectMetadataMap type in favour of split flat
entities to match with our new caching.
In the long run, trying to achieve:
- Better performance through caching
- Consistent data access patterns across the codebase
- Reduced database queries
Now that everything is based on flat entities, which are cached, we can
finish the refactoring of workspace context cache which should already
improve performances.
Then the last step will be to consume that new cache in the new global
datasource to get rid of the many workspace datasources stored in the
server
Paul Rastoin f9ab09c404 Metadata api create entity in workspace custom app (#15911)
# Introduction
Cleaner and fewer scope version of
https://github.com/twentyhq/twenty/pull/15745 ( removed sync-metadata
hack through, too ambitious migration and upgrade )
Please note that this PR won't have any interaction with the existing
sync-metadata
Which mean that the sync metadata does not update the standard entities
applicationId and universalIdentifier, and it won't we will deprecate it
on favor of a workspace migration aka twenty-standard app installation
## API Metadata
Any operation going through the api metadata nows automatically scope
the related entity to the workspace custom application instance. (
optionally passing an applicationId to allow current hacky implem of app
sync service )
We need to either ignore the tests or remove the cli status check from
the blocking status badges for a PR to be merged
## New workspace
Already handled in previous
https://github.com/twentyhq/twenty/pull/15625, when a workspace is
created it gets created a twenty standard and custom workspace instance
All his views and permissions will be prefilled to the its twenty
standard app instance with a specific universalIdentifier
## New universalIdentifier
At the contrary as before with standardIds, universalIdentifier are
unique for a given workspace
This means that createdAt field of both object company and opportunity
will have a unique universalIdentifier whereas they share the same
standardId
## FlatApplication
Introduced the flatApplication and cache. Will migrate existing
`MetadataName` to be `SyncableMetadataName` in a following PR
## What's next
Next we will describe a twenty standard app configuration as json that
will be used to generate a workspace migration that will be run instead
of the sync metadata, in a nutshell we aim to deprecated the sync
metadata
So we can standardize any entity to have a non nullable applicationId
and universalIdentifier
## Upgrade command
Introduced an upgrade command that will create a custom workspace
instance for any workspace that do not have one in order to align with
the new behavior when creating a new workspace
Félix Malfait 0fa2a4524a feat: Add filter button to objects table and enable system objects access (#15856)
## Summary
This PR replaces the Active/Inactive accordion sections with a modern
filter dropdown button and enables full access to system objects in
advanced mode.
## Changes
### UI Improvements
-  Replaced accordion sections with a filter button dropdown (matching
the design pattern from the Group filter)
-  Added 'Deactivated' toggle filter (hidden by default, uses
IconArchive)
-  Added 'System objects' toggle filter (only visible in advanced mode,
uses IconSettings)
-  Fixed search input width to properly fill available space
-  Proper button sizing and alignment
### System Objects Support
-  Made system objects visible when 'System objects' filter is toggled
on
-  System objects are now fully clickable and accessible
-  Updated object detail page to support system objects
-  Updated field creation/edit pages to support system objects
-  System objects can now have custom fields added
### Architecture
-  Implemented scalable filter architecture using a single filtered
list
-  Easy to add more filters in the future (e.g., show remote objects)
-  All filters work independently and can be combined
## Testing
- [x] Tested deactivated objects toggle
- [x] Tested system objects toggle (only shows in advanced mode)
- [x] Tested clicking on system objects
- [x] Tested adding custom fields to system objects
- [x] No linter errors
## Screenshots
Félix Malfait cff17db6cb Enhance role-check system with stricter checks (#15392)
## Overview
This PR strengthens our permission system by introducing more granular
role-based access control across the platform.
## Changes
### New Permissions Added
- **Applications** - Control who can install and manage applications
- **Layouts** - Control who can customize page layouts and UI structure
- **AI** - Control access to AI features and agents
- **Upload File** - Separate permission for file uploads
- **Download File** - Separate permission for file downloads (frontend
visibility)
### Security Enhancements
- Implemented whitelist-based validation for workspace field updates
- Added explicit permission guards to core entity resolvers
- Enhanced ESLint rule to enforce permission checks on all mutations
- Created `CustomPermissionGuard` and `NoPermissionGuard` for better
code documentation
### Affected Components
- Core entity resolvers: webhooks, files, domains, applications,
layouts, postgres credentials
- Workspace update mutations now use whitelist validation
- Settings UI updated with new permission controls
### Developer Experience
- ESLint now catches missing permission guards during development
- Explicit guard markers make permission requirements clear in code
review
- Comprehensive test coverage for new permission logic
## Testing
-  All TypeScript type checks pass
-  ESLint validation passes
-  New permission guards properly enforced
-  Frontend UI displays new permissions correctly
## Migration Notes
Existing workspaces will need to assign the new permissions to roles as
needed. By default, all new permissions are set to `false` for non-admin
roles.
Paul Rastoin 4dbc78285d Remove deprecated view and related workspace entities (#15393)
# Introduction
A while ago we migrated view from workspace to metadata
Their standard objects workspace entities declaration remained we can
now remove them
## Deprecating commands before 1.5
The view migration command from workspace to metadata was introduced in
`1.5.0`. Removing the `baseWorkspaceEntity` make this command obsolete.
If tomorrow twenty handles auto upgrade in latest and a user having an
instance in `1.3.0` starts auto-upgrading he won't be able to migrate
his views ( that's why we should not support upgrade before 1.5 anymore
here )
We will have the same use case with FavoritesFolders
Paul Rastoin 59fbe35a8c Move view in metadata-modules/ and create atomic folder + module for each view entity (#14990)
# Introduction
Preparing view-filter and view-group introduction in v2 core engine
Moving view from `core-modules` to `metadata-modules`
## What happened
### Created dedicated modules for each view entity:
- ViewFieldModule
- ViewFilterModule
- ViewFilterGroupModule
- ViewGroupModule
- ViewSortModule
### Each module is now completely independent with its own:
- Controller
- Resolver
- Service
- Entity
### Created dedicated abstraction metadata module folder for:
- flat-view-field
- flat-view
### Dependencies
- Eleminated circular dep on ViewModule to all others ones
- Granular import not importing the whole viewModule anymore everywhere
Marie 3927b36406 [View migration] Clean ViewFilterOperand (#14785)
In the BE we have stored filter operand as IS_EMPTY, IS_NOT_EMPTY, etc.
For some reason in the FE we were manipulating IsEmpty, IsNotEmpty, etc.
(maybe because they were used before in Views before they were moved to
core)
So we were converting the operands in the FE from IS to Is
(convertViewFilterOperandFromCore) to read and manipulate viewFilters,
and then back to BE version to send mutations etc., from Is to IS
(convertViewFilterOperandToCore).
The migration is now over, so we can remove and simplify that code.
(In the 1-5:migrate-views-to-core command we still do the migration from
Is format to IS format.)
Marie 4a6ad48a62 Fix - Record text should always be visible and in first position in views (#14598)
Fixes https://github.com/twentyhq/twenty/issues/14442
Issues were
1. Table headers always used label metadata identifier (or record text)
as first column, while table body followed viewFields positions
2. Label metadata identifier should always be visible and in first
position for the table views to work as expected, while when updating
the label metadata identifier for an object, no changes were brought to
the viewFields
To fix that
1. In the BE:
- a new logic is implemented to i) update label identifier's viewFields
position and visibility when an object's label identifier is updated to
a new field; ii) add validation on the update of a viewField's position
and visibility to make sure the label identifier's viewField always has
the lowest position + is visible
- a command was added to check all existing views and viewfields
3. In the FE: at first I tried to replicate the logic of the headers
(based on the label identifier rather than the positions) on the body,
but it was too complex and error-prone as in multiple places we are
based on the positions. It also feels more right to have only one source
of truth which is the viewField position. @lucasbordeau if that does not
suit you, we can throw an error if the field with the lowest position is
not the label metadata identifier, as you said the table view will be
very buggy / wont work if the label identifier is not in the first
position. but now it should never be the case thanks to the validation
implemented in the BE
This should be migrated to viewFieldService V2 when relevant @Weiko
Weiko dec2239ae7 Remove typeorm service (#14116)
## Context
To simplify the way we inject our default datasource, I've recently
removed the token injection that was confusion since we only had once
configured on the module level. Now I'm removing TypeORM service which
allows us to instantiate a new Datasource with the same parameters as
the default one, it was redundant and confusing.
