neo773 9f3ebaaf22 feat(messaging): sync draft emails and edit them in the thread composer (#22178)
Stop excluding drafts from sync across all three providers (Gmail DRAFT
label, Microsoft/IMAP Drafts folder) and add an isDraft boolean field on
Message so drafts are queryable by the API and AI agents.

Drafts render in the thread with a Draft tag; clicking one opens the
existing reply composer pre-filled with the draft's recipients, subject
and body, and Send reuses the existing send-email flow.

Félix Malfait 538b180824 feat(dpa): self-serve Data Processing Agreement generator (#22243)
## What

A single, region-aware DPA that serves all customers, generated
automatically from the customer's deployment. Two layers:

1. **Click-through DPA** — recorded at signup (acceptance = execution),
resolving merge fields from the deployment region. Cloud only.
2. **In-app signed-PDF generator** — Settings → Legal → Generate DPA:
preview the agreement, enter legal entity + authorized signatory,
download a PDF pre-signed by Twenty, and store the executed copy against
the workspace with its template version + timestamp. Deep-linkable at
`/dpa` (login-gated) for `twenty.com/dpa`.

## How it resolves

A typed variable matrix (`dpa-region-config.constant.ts`) maps the
deployment region to the contracting Processor entity and terms:

- **EU (default)** → Twenty.com SAS, hosting EU/Frankfurt, governing law
France, SCC section dormant.
- **US (custom)** → Twenty, Inc., hosting US, SCC section active.

Region is a deployment-wide setting (`DPA_DEPLOYMENT_REGION`, default
EU) behind a `DpaRegionService` seam so it can later become
per-workspace without touching callers. The legal text is verbatim from
the template (generated into `dpa-template.constant.ts` directly from
the source `.docx`); only the 6 merge fields are filled and the SCC
sections (7.2–7.5) stay in the document for every region per the spec —
only field values branch. Sub-processors are deferred to
trust.twenty.com (not enumerated). Billing stays decoupled (Twenty, Inc.
remains merchant of record regardless of Processor).

## UI

Standard list + create-page pattern (mirrors API keys / webhooks): a
list of executed copies (with re-download) — or the agreement preview
when none exists — and a top-right blue **Generate DPA** CTA opening a
standard create page. The "Legal" item is intentionally **not** in the
settings menu; the page is reached via the `/dpa` deep link.

## Notable implementation details

- **PDF** is rendered server-side with `@react-pdf/renderer`. The
built-in standard-14 fonts only encode ASCII and crash on the template's
curly quotes / em–en dashes / accented Latin, so Liberation Sans (OFL)
is **subset to a Latin glyph set and embedded as base64 data: URLs** —
no font files to ship or resolve at runtime (works in dev, prod-Docker
and CI).
- New `core.dpaAgreement` table via a fast instance command (FK hash
reproduced to match TypeORM).
- Self-hosted deployments (billing disabled) skip click-through
recording and stamp a prominent "not a valid agreement" banner on the
preview and PDF.

## Tests

- Unit: resolver (per-region entity/law/SCC state, EU default, no
unresolved `{{ }}`, SCC sections present in both regions, self-hosted
notice) and HTML renderer.
- Integration (`test/integration/graphql/suites/dpa`): preview has no
unresolved fields; `generateSignedDpa` renders + persists + returns a
downloadable PDF (asserted with accented input to guard the font
regression); list re-download.

## ⚠ Needs legal input before go-live (marked `TODO_CONFIRM` in
`dpa-region-config.constant.ts`)

- Registered-office addresses for Twenty.com SAS and Twenty, Inc.
- US deployment governing law (the template only specifies France).
- DPO name and the Twenty pre-signed authorized signatory name/title.

## Out of scope (flagged per spec)

Intra-group legal agreement and any Stripe/billing-entity changes. A
future e-sign provider would plug in at `DpaService.generateSignedDpa` +
the signatory input.

> Draft until the integration test passes in CI and the legal
`TODO_CONFIRM` values are supplied.

Félix Malfait 0e22ae0521 feat: create calendar events on Google and Microsoft accounts (#22231)
## Context

Twenty can import calendar events and send emails, but cannot create
calendar events. This adds calendar event creation on connected
**Google** and **Microsoft** accounts, mirroring the existing email-send
architecture (`message-outbound-manager`).

## What it adds

The capability is exposed three ways, all backed by the same composer →
driver → persist pipeline:

- **GraphQL mutation** `createCalendarEvent` (metadata API)
- **AI agent tool** `create_calendar_event` (flows to MCP
automatically), gated by a new `CREATE_CALENDAR_EVENT_TOOL` permission
flag
- **Workflow builder node** "Create Calendar Event" in the **Core**
section, with a full settings form (variable interpolation supported)

CalDAV/IMAP is intentionally out of scope for now (different long pole).

## Design notes

- **Reuse over reinvention** — the created event is run through the
existing inbound formatters (`formatGoogleCalendarEvents` /
`formatMicrosoftCalendarEvents`) and persisted immediately via the
existing `CalendarSaveEventsService`, so it appears in Twenty right away
and is reconciled by the next provider sync (dedup on external id).
Persistence is best-effort.
- **OAuth scopes** — Google already requests `calendar.events`
(read+write), so no change there. Microsoft moves `Calendars.Read` →
`Calendars.ReadWrite`; existing Microsoft accounts must re-consent
(surfaced as a clear "reconnect" error via a missing-scope check).
- **Deliberate invitation semantics** — `sendInvitations` is off by
default. When off, the event is created with **no attendees** on either
provider, so creating an event never silently emails external people.
When on, attendees are attached and notified (Google `sendUpdates: all`,
Microsoft's default). This sidesteps Microsoft Graph having no
per-request suppression.
- **Timezone correctness** — Microsoft Graph interprets `dateTime` as
wall-clock in the supplied `timeZone` and ignores the offset, so the
absolute instant is converted to its wall-clock form before sending
(Google honors the offset directly). Both providers end up scheduling
the same instant.
- **Conferencing** — optional Google Meet
(`conferenceData.createRequest`, with a follow-up `events.get` to
resolve the async link) / Microsoft Teams (`isOnlineMeeting`).
- Attendees are a comma-separated string everywhere (tool input, GraphQL
DTO, workflow input), consistent with `send_email` recipients; the
composer parses to its internal list.

## Test plan

- **Unit**: 45 tests covering the composer (validation, all-day
boundaries, offset enforcement, timezone, scope checks, default-account
resolution), both provider drivers, the dispatcher, and the workflow
step-log builder.
- **Integration**: `createCalendarEvent` on the `/metadata` API fails
closed with a structured error for a non-existent account (the
auth/ownership/validation path that doesn't require provider mocking).
- **Manual**: verified the workflow node appears in the Core section,
the settings form renders and round-trips (edit → autosave → reload),
and the live mutation returns a structured failure for a bogus account.

## Open question for reviewers

The metadata mutation `createCalendarEvent` shares a name with the core
schema's auto-generated `createCalendarEvent(data:)` CRUD mutation for
the CalendarEvent object — they live on different endpoints (`/metadata`
vs `/graphql`) so there's no runtime conflict, but it's a potential
point of confusion for API consumers. Happy to rename (e.g.
`createCalendarEventOnConnectedAccount`) if preferred.

## Out of scope / follow-ups

- CalDAV/IMAP support
- Event update/delete and recurrence
- Existing Microsoft accounts need re-consent for the widened scope

neo773 c608792aea feat: real-time email & calendar tabs on record pages (#21953)
emails and calendar tabs only refreshed on reload, unlike timeline. this
subscribes to the participant object (messageParticipant /
calendarEventParticipant) for the record's related people over the
existing sse stream and refetches on change.

relatedPersonIds is resolved server-side so any object with the tab
inherits it, no per-object code. resolver stays the source of truth so
visibility masking is untouched.

Félix Malfait 573fd00ea7 feat(workflow): add Pick Record action (1/3 — random selection) (#21899)
## Overview

Adds a new workflow action, **Pick Record**, that selects **one** record
from a configured candidate pool and exposes the chosen record as the
step's output. Downstream steps can then reference it through the normal
variable picker — e.g. assign an owner in an _Update Record_ step by
setting **Account Owner = `{{step.<pickRecordId>.id}}`**.

This is the foundation for building **assignment workflows**
(round-robin / load-balanced owner assignment, reviewer rotation, etc.)
in Twenty.

## This is PR 1 of a 3-PR stack

| PR | Strategy | Adds |
|----|----------|------|
| **1 (this one)** | `RANDOM` | The whole `PICK_RECORD` action,
end-to-end, stateless |
| 2 | `ROUND_ROBIN` | A persistent, atomically-incremented per-step
cursor + the strategy selector UI |
| 3 | `LOAD_BALANCED` | "fewest related records wins" via an aggregate
count |

Each PR widens the `strategy` enum (a backward-compatible change), so no
data migration is needed between them.

## How it works

- **Editor**: pick an Object, then pick the candidate records (a
multi-record selector). A random record is selected from that pool at
run time.
- **Output**: a single record of the chosen object — the same output
shape as `CREATE_RECORD`/`UPDATE_RECORD` — so it drills into
`{{step.x.id}}`, `{{step.x.name}}`, … in the variable picker.
- **Execution**: reuses `FindRecordsService` to fetch the pool (`id IN
(recordIds)`, which also transparently drops any deleted candidates),
then returns one at random.

## Design decisions & tradeoffs

1. **Standalone step that outputs a variable, not an inline "random"
mode on the relation field.** This mirrors Attio's round-robin block.
The decisive reason is composition: the chosen record is almost always
reused (assign owner **and** create a follow-up task for them **and**
email them). A variable is chosen once and reused everywhere; an inline
per-field value would re-roll independently in each place. It also keeps
the (stateful) round-robin/load-balanced logic out of the field inputs.
Tradeoff: one extra step to wire up vs. an inline control — accepted for
the composability win. An inline "Assign automatically" entry point can
still be layered on later as sugar that inserts this step.

2. **Co-located in the `record-crud` action module and reuses
`FindRecordsService`.** Avoids duplicating module wiring (auth context,
permissions, object-metadata resolution) and the data-access path.
Tradeoff: "Pick" is a selection rather than a CRUD op, so the folder
name is slightly broad; chose reuse + low risk over a separate module.
Can be extracted if the family grows.

3. **`strategy` exists in the schema (defaulted `RANDOM`) but the
selector is hidden in this PR.** A dropdown with a single option would
be UX slop, and adding the field only in PR 2 would force a data
backfill for any `PICK_RECORD` steps created in between. Keeping the
field now (hidden) avoids both. PR 2 introduces the selector once
there's a real choice.

4. **Pool is an explicit static list (`recordIds`) for v1.** Matches the
most common assignment case ("rotate among these N people") and reuses
the existing `FormMultiRecordPicker`. A filter-based pool (reusing the
Find Records filter UI) and a list-from-a-previous-step pool are natural
follow-ups, intentionally out of scope here to keep the stack focused on
the three strategies.

5. **Output schema is computed on the frontend** (like `CREATE_RECORD`),
derived from `input.objectName` — so it is **not** added to
`PERSISTED_OUTPUT_SCHEMA_TYPES` and needs no server-side schema
computation.

6. **Validation**: `PICK_RECORD` is added to object-name metadata
validation (so a deleted/invalid target object is flagged) via a
dedicated `OBJECT_TARGETING_ACTION_TYPES` set — deliberately **not** to
`VARIABLE_CONSUMING_ACTION_TYPES`, because a static pool legitimately
references no upstream variable and would otherwise raise a spurious "no
variable reference" warning.

7. **Empty pool → step error** at run time (respecting the step's
error-handling options) rather than a silent no-op, since an empty pool
is a misconfiguration or fully-deleted set.

8. **`Math.random`** is used for selection — no cryptographic guarantee
is needed for assignment fairness.

## Testing

Per our testing convention (integration test over service/`.spec`
tests): added `pick-record-workflow.integration-spec.ts`, which builds a
workflow with a manual trigger + a `PICK_RECORD` step, configures a
known two-record pool, runs it, and asserts the run completes and the
picked record is **always** within the configured pool (verifying the
pool filter) across repeated runs.

Local verification (typecheck + lint for shared/server/front) is green;
running the integration suite and attaching editor screenshots in a
follow-up comment.

## Follow-ups

- PR 2: `ROUND_ROBIN` + persistent atomic cursor (Redis `incrBy` vs. a
Postgres counter table — tradeoff to be documented on that PR) +
strategy selector.
- PR 3: `LOAD_BALANCED`.
- Later (not in this stack): filter-based / variable-list pools, an
inline "Assign automatically" entry point on relation fields, OOO-skip /
weighting.

Thomas Trompette ba94c3b857 feat(workflow): idempotent stop + retry failed runs from failing step (#21458)
https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/5a25396f-8959-4bd8-93cb-1187559ffe5f

## Summary

Two workflow-run improvements, with all non-trivial logic isolated in
pure, unit-tested utils.

### 1. Idempotent stop
`stopWorkflowRun` no longer throws when a run is already in a terminal
status (`COMPLETED` / `FAILED` / `STOPPED`) or already `STOPPING`; it
returns the run unchanged. This fixes:
- bulk stop aborting on the first non-stoppable run in a
mixed/select-all selection,
- the click-vs-processing race on a single run (run finishes between
click and mutation).

It also releases the cached not-started throttle slot when stopping a
`NOT_STARTED` run (prevents counter drift), and ends runs with no
`state` directly.

### 2. Retry a failed run from the failing step
New `retryWorkflowRun` mutation (same guards/passthrough as
`stopWorkflowRun`). It resets the failed step(s) to `NOT_STARTED`, flips
the run to `RUNNING`, and enqueues a `RunWorkflowJob` with the steps to
re-execute; downstream execution and status computation are unchanged.

Logic lives in pure utils:
- `build-retry-step-infos.util.ts` - decides per failed step what to
reset; delegates iterator-specific logic to
`build-retry-iterator-step-infos.util.ts` (an iterator that failed
mid-loop is restored to `RUNNING` with cursor preserved, an iterator
that failed itself restarts its whole loop).
- `get-runnable-step-ids.util.ts` - reuses the executor's
`shouldExecuteStep` to also resume branches that never started (avoids
hangs), excluding loop-interior steps.

The service method only orchestrates; the job's status check is a race
guard (retriability is enforced in the service before enqueue).

A "Retry" command menu item surfaces only for `FAILED` runs
(`someEquals(selectedRecords, "status", "FAILED")`).

### 3. Keep the run diagram visible across regenerations
The run diagram is regenerated on every run state change, producing
fresh nodes without the dimensions Reactflow had measured. Reactflow
hides unmeasured nodes until it re-measures them, so the diagram could
flicker and disappear when the last regeneration before going idle left
nodes unmeasured (reproducible after retrying a failed run). The
regenerated nodes now carry over the previously measured dimensions (by
id) so they stay rendered.

## Test plan
- [x] Unit tests for both retry utils (9 cases: plain failed step,
non-failed untouched, iterator mid-loop restore, iterator self-failure,
frontier parent gating, entry steps, loop-interior exclusion, parallel
branches)
- [x] `twenty-server` + `twenty-front` typecheck
- [x] `lint:diff-with-main` clean for both packages
- [x] Manual: retry a failed run repeatedly and confirm the diagram
stays visible
- [ ] Manual: stop a COMPLETED/mixed selection (no error), retry a
failed run and confirm it resumes from the failing step

Charles Bochet 217e1f5ab3 security: clear immutable High alert via @graphql-codegen typescript plugins v4 (#21380)
## What

Clears the High `immutable` alert (GHSA-wf6x-7x77-mvgw) via a parent
bump — **no resolution**.

`immutable@3.7.6` was pulled by `@ardatan/relay-compiler@12.0.0` (→
`immutable ~3.7.6`), reached through
`@graphql-tools/relay-operation-optimizer` inside the `@graphql-codegen`
visitor plugins. The fix lives in `relay-operation-optimizer@7.1.4` →
`relay-compiler@13.0.1` → `immutable@^5.1.5` — but the old codegen
typescript plugins (v3) pinned a 6.x optimizer stuck on relay-compiler
12.

**Fix chain:**
- `@graphql-codegen/typescript` `^3.0.4` → `^4.1.6`
- `@graphql-codegen/typescript-operations` `^3.0.4` → `^4.6.1`
- refresh `@graphql-tools/relay-operation-optimizer` (within its
existing `^7.0.0` range) → 7.1.4 → `relay-compiler@13.0.1` →
`immutable@5.1.6`

## Heads-up: this is effectively a codegen v4 plugin upgrade

The codegen typescript plugins v4 change the generated **scalar shape**
(`Scalars['X']` → `Scalars['X']['input'|'output']`), so the committed
`generated*/graphql.ts` are regenerated (~7.8k lines). The diff is
**purely type-level** — no runtime/enum/document changes — and was
regenerated against the current schema (verified: **no schema-content
drift**).

## Verification

- `immutable@3.7.6` gone (now 5.1.6); `relay-compiler@13.0.1`
- `nx typecheck twenty-front` passes against the regenerated types (0
errors)
- `yarn install --immutable` clean
- Generated files regenerated against a clean origin/main schema (no
drift markers)

Charles Bochet 81f10c586f Add workspace DDL lock env var and maintenance mode UI (#19130)
## Summary

- Add `WORKSPACE_SCHEMA_DDL_LOCKED` env-only boolean config variable
that blocks all workspace schema DDL changes when set to `true`. This is
intended for hot upgrades where logical replication cannot handle DDL
changes. Enforced at two chokepoints:
- `WorkspaceMigrationRunnerService.run` — blocks all metadata-driven DDL
(object/field/index CRUD, app sync/uninstall, standard app sync, upgrade
commands)
- `WorkspaceDataSourceService.createWorkspaceDBSchema` /
`deleteWorkspaceDBSchema` — blocks workspace creation (sign-up) and hard
deletion. Uses a dedicated `WorkspaceDataSourceException` (not
ForbiddenException)

- Add maintenance mode feature with Admin Panel UI and user-facing
banner:
- **Backend**: `MaintenanceModeService` stores maintenance window
(startAt, endAt, optional link) in `core.keyValuePair` as
`CONFIG_VARIABLE`. Validates endAt > startAt. Uses `GraphQLISODateTime`
scalar for date fields. Exposed via `clientConfig` REST endpoint and
admin GraphQL mutations (`setMaintenanceMode`, `clearMaintenanceMode`)
- **Admin Panel**: New "Maintenance Mode" section in Health tab with UTC
datetime pickers and activate/deactivate controls
- **Banner**: `InformationBannerMaintenance` displayed at the top of
`DefaultLayout` for all users, using Temporal API for timezone-aware
formatting with an optional "Learn more" link

These two features are **independent** — the DDL lock is controlled via
env var for operational use, while maintenance mode is a UI notification
mechanism controlled from the admin panel.

- `clientId` → `oAuthClientId`, `clientSecretHash` →
`oAuthClientSecretHash`, `redirectUris` → `oAuthRedirectUris`, `scopes`
→ `oAuthScopes`

**Security fixes (PR #18261):**
- Fixed redirect URI validation bypass when `oAuthRedirectUris` is an
empty array
- Fixed workspace isolation in `clientCredentialsGrant` — now uses
`find()` with explicit handling for multiple installations
- Added error logging in refresh token `catch` block instead of silently
swallowing

**Code quality (PR #18262):**
- Split `VersionDistributionEntry` into its own file (one export per
file)
- Split GraphQL queries and mutations into individual files with a
shared fragment
- Removed unused `OAuth` entry from `AuthProviderEnum`
- Added loading state to `handleRotateSecret`
- Removed 27 narration-style comments from test files
- Added proper guards (`PublicEndpointGuard`, `NoPermissionGuard`) to
controllers and resolvers

## Test plan

- [ ] Verify `twenty dev` registers an app and stores OAuth credentials
- [ ] Test OAuth authorization code flow end-to-end (authorize → token →
API call)
- [ ] Test client credentials grant
- [ ] Verify redirect URI validation rejects requests when no URIs are
registered
- [ ] Verify app registration detail page renders correctly
- [ ] Test secret rotation with loading state
- [ ] Verify server variable editing and saving
- [ ] Run `npx nx database:reset twenty-server` to validate migration

Closes #18260, #18261, #18262

Charles Bochet b456f79167 Reduce leak between gql schema (#17878)
## Reduce type leakage between GraphQL schemas

### Why

Twenty runs two separate GraphQL schemas: **core** and **metadata**.
NestJS's `@nestjs/graphql` uses a global `TypeMetadataStorage` that
accumulates all decorated types across all modules. When each schema is
built, every registered type leaks into both schemas regardless of which
module it belongs to.

This means the core schema's generated TypeScript
(`generated/graphql.ts`) contained ~2,700 lines of types that only
belong to the metadata schema (and vice versa). This creates confusion
about type ownership, inflates generated code, and makes it harder to
reason about which API surface each schema actually exposes.

### How

**1. Patch `@nestjs/graphql` to support schema-scoped type resolution**

- **(Already done)** Added a `resolverSchemaScope` option to
`GqlModuleOptions`, allowing each schema to declare a scope (e.g.
`'metadata'`)
- `ResolversExplorerService` now filters resolvers by a
`RESOLVER_SCHEMA_SCOPE` metadata key, so each schema only sees its own
resolvers
- `GraphQLSchemaFactory` now performs a **reachability walk**
(`computeReachableTypes`) starting from scoped resolver return types and
arguments, only including types that are transitively referenced —
handling unions, interfaces, and prototype chains
- Type definition storage and orphaned reference registry are cleared
between schema builds to prevent cross-contamination

**2. Register `ClientConfig` as orphaned type in metadata schema**

Since `ClientConfig` is needed in the metadata schema but not directly
returned by a resolver, it's explicitly declared via
`buildSchemaOptions.orphanedTypes`.

**3. Regenerate frontend types and fix imports**

- `generated/graphql.ts` shrank by ~2,700 lines (types moved to where
they belong)
- `generated-metadata/graphql.ts` gained types like `ClientConfig` that
were previously missing
- ~500 frontend files updated to import from the correct generated file

Weiko 6aca1dd013 Introducing view field group syncable entity (#17867)
## Context
Introduces a new viewFieldGroup entity that allows grouping view fields
into sections (e.g. "General", "Additional", "Other") within a view.

The page layout fields widget needs a way to organize fields into
sections. Today, views have no concept of field grouping. This PR
introduces the viewFieldGroup entity which sits between a view and its
viewFields, enabling section-based organization.

Charles Bochet 9e21e55db4 Prevent leak between /metadata and /graphql GQL schemas (#17845)
## Fix resolver schema leaking between `/metadata` and `/graphql`
endpoints

### Summary
- Patch `@nestjs/graphql` to support a `resolverSchemaScope` option that
filters resolvers at both schema generation and runtime, preventing
cross-endpoint leaking
- Introduce `@CoreResolver()` and `@MetadataResolver()` decorators to
explicitly scope each resolver to its endpoint
- Move most resolvers (auth, billing, workspace, user, etc.) to the
metadata schema where the frontend expects them; only workflow and
timeline calendar/messaging resolvers remain on `/graphql`
- Fix frontend `SSEQuerySubscribeEffect` to use the default (metadata)
Apollo client instead of the core client

### Problem
NestJS GraphQL's module-based resolver discovery traverses transitive
imports, causing resolvers from `/metadata` modules to leak into the
`/graphql` schema and vice versa. This made the schemas unpredictable
and tightly coupled to module import order.

### Approach
- Added `resolverSchemaScope` to `GqlModuleOptions` via a patch on
`@nestjs/graphql`, filtering in both `filterResolvers()` (runtime
binding) and `getAllCtors()` (schema generation)
- Each resolver is explicitly decorated with `@CoreResolver()` or
`@MetadataResolver()`
- Organized decorator, constant, and type files under `graphql-config/`
following project conventions

Félix Malfait 3216b634a3 feat: improve AI chat - system prompt, tool output, context window display (#17769)
⚠️ **AI-generated PR — not ready for review** ⚠️

cc @FelixMalfait

---

## Changes

### System prompt improvements
- Explicit skill-before-tools workflow to prevent the model from calling
tools without loading the matching skill first
- Data efficiency guidance (default small limits, use filters)
- Pluralized `load_skill` → `load_skills` for consistency with
`load_tools`

### Token usage reduction
- Output serialization layer: strips null/undefined/empty values from
tool results
- Lowered default `find_*` limit from 100 → 10, max from 1000 → 100

### System object tool generation
- System objects (calendar events, messages, etc.) now generate AI tools
- Only workflow-related and favorite-related objects are excluded

### Context window display fix
- **Bug**: UI compared cumulative tokens (sum of all turns) against
single-request context window → showed 100% after a few turns
- **Fix**: Track `conversationSize` (last step's `inputTokens`) which
represents the actual conversation history size sent to the model
- New `conversationSize` column on thread entity with migration

### Workspace AI instructions
- Support for custom workspace-level AI instructions

Charles Bochet 67a98f77e3 Refactor workflow-logic-function-interaction (#17699)
# Refactor workflow–logic function interaction

## Why

Workflow code steps and standalone logic functions shared the same build
layer and DB layer, which blurred two use cases: code steps belong to a
workflow version; standalone functions are deployable units. That made
workflow code steps harder to own and evolve.

## Goal

Treat code steps as **workflow-owned**: build and run them in workflow
context, and expose workflow-scoped APIs so the editor can load, test,
and save code step source without going through the generic
logic-function layer.

Charles Bochet 402d149ee1 Remove logic function layer (#17697)
## Remove logic function layer

Package.json and yarn.lock are now on the application entity, so the
logic function layer is no longer used except as a legacy source for the
1.17 backfill. This PR removes all layer usage outside of that migration
and keeps only the entity for backfill.

### Summary

- **Kept:** `LogicFunctionLayerEntity` and its table, only used by the
1.17 backfill command to read legacy layer data and backfill application
package files.
- **Removed:** All other layer logic: CRUD, cache, resolvers, services,
DTOs, and frontend types. Logic functions now depend only on the
application for package/dependency context.

### Why Dependencies instead of Source for package files

Package.json and yarn.lock are the application’s dependency set and are
stored under the application in **FileFolder.Dependencies**. The build
service and drivers now read them only from Dependencies; nothing is
written to Source for these files.

Abdullah. 7867617385 Migrate noteTarget and taskTarget to Morph. (#17476)
This PR migrates `noteTarget` and `taskTarget` to morph relations behind
separate feature flags, following the Attachment/TimelineActivity
pattern.

It introduces the `IS_NOTE_TARGET_MIGRATED` and
`IS_TASK_TARGET_MIGRATED` flags, updates standard field metadata and
indexes to use morph relations, and adds two **1.17 workspace
migrations** that:
- rename `noteTarget.*Id` / `taskTarget.*Id` columns to `target*Id`
- convert the corresponding field metadata to `MORPH_RELATION` with a
shared `morphId`

On the frontend, note/task target read and write paths switch to
`target*Id` when the respective flag is enabled. Deleted targets are
filtered on reload to prevent reappearing relations.

Charles Bochet 867b03393b Backfill package json for custom and standard app (#17681)
# Backfill application package files for custom and standard apps

- Backfill `package.json` / `yarn.lock` (and related fields) for
existing workspaces; new standard/custom apps get default dependency
files.
- Default package files under
`application/constants/default-package-files/`; util with hardcoded
checksums (comment on how to regenerate).
- New **FileFolder.Dependencies** for app dependency files;
**writeFile_v2** accepts optional `queryRunner` for transactional
writes.

Usages:
- **Upgrade command** `upgrade:1-17:backfill-application-package-files`:
standard/custom apps → default files; other apps → from logic function
layer.
- **Workspace creation**: create workspace with
`workspaceCustomApplicationId` first, then create application (enables
same-transaction insert). Migration makes workspace/application/file FKs
deferrable.

Weiko 5c91a96e84 Add position to page layout widgets (#17643)
## Context
Introducing a new position column in PageLayoutWidget. This is because
we already have gridPosition but all widgets are not supposed to fit in
a grid (see pageLayoutTab layoutMode (GRID, VERTICAL_LIST, CANVAS...),
position will now support the different layoutMode

## Implementation
- Adding the new column (not renaming to avoid breaking changes in the
dashboards)
- Add proper validation for each layout mode
- Update standard page layout to not always use GRID but rely on the tab
layout mode

Paul Rastoin d35d5c0463 [BREAKING_CHANGE] Deprecate remaining entities standardId (#17639)
# Introduction
Following https://github.com/twentyhq/twenty/pull/17632 and
https://github.com/twentyhq/twenty/pull/17572
This PR deprecates the agent, skill, field metadata and role
`standardId` in favor of the `universalIdentifier` usage

## Note
- Removed previous standard ids declaration modules
- Twenty-sdk now re-exports the `STANDARD_OBJECTS` universalIdentifier
hashmap constant
- deleted some sync-metadata deadcode too ( mainly types )

Charles Bochet 46d28509b9 Keep simplifying logic functions (#17595)
## Summary

Refactors the `LogicFunctionService` API by consolidating v1 and v2
services:

In metadata-module (presentation layer module)
- **Renamed methods**: `deleteOneLogicFunction` → `destroyOne`,
`updateOneLogicFunction` → `updateOne`, `createOneLogicFunction` →
`createOne`
- **Added duplicate methods**: `duplicateLogicFunction`,
`createLogicFunctionFromExistingLogicFunctionById`
- **Removed soft delete/restore** functionality - only hard delete
(`destroyOne`) is supported

In core-module (lower level module)
- **Moved execution methods** to `LogicFunctionExecutorService` which is
lower level: `executeOneLogicFunction`, `getAvailablePackages`,
`getLogicFunctionSourceCode`

- `manifest.json` files are now committed when apps are published to our
repo
- to display available apps, from the server, we read into our github
repo, using a pod-scoped cache
- feature flagged
- app installation will be behind permission gate MARKETPLACE_APPS

Limitations and what is yet to develop
- content and settings tabs
- installed apps tab
- app installation
- test and potentially fix reading from .manifest.json once [Reshape
manifest
structure](https://github.com/twentyhq/core-team-issues/issues/2183) is
done. additional work is expected on assets notably. (couldnt properly
do it here as manifest.json will only be committed after this pr)
- we only read in community/ folder for now - we may want tochange that
- the cache is rather artisanal for now and scoped by pod - we may want
to change that

Charles Bochet 5996d0fc03 Refactor workflow to use new functions (#17552)
Removes the versioning system for logic functions (`latestVersion`,
`publishedVersions`) and simplifies the file storage structure.

### Changes
- Remove `publishOneLogicFunctionOrFail` and publishing logic from
workflow status updates
- Add `createLogicFunctionFromExistingLogicFunction` to duplicate logic
functions when creating draft workflow versions
- Update `createDraftStep` to create a new logic function copy instead
of referencing the same one
- Migrate file storage to v2 endpoints with
`applicationUniversalIdentifier`
- Unify path structure: source files at `source/workflow/{id}/`, built
files at `built-logic-function/workflow/{id}/`
- Store full paths in `sourceHandlerPath` and `builtHandlerPath` entity
fields
