Fixes#19422.
Self-hosted users hitting "No AI models are available" after configuring
API keys via the admin panel were victims of a stale
`AiModelRegistryService` cache. Only the four `addAiProvider` /
`removeAiProvider` / `addModelToProvider` / `removeModelFromProvider`
mutations called `refreshRegistry()` — setting an API key through
`set/update/deleteDatabaseConfigVariable` left the registry pointing at
the pre-mutation provider state.
Rather than patch each mutation site (and re-introduce the same class of
bug on the next one), the registry now invalidates lazily based on the
LLM config-group hash, mirroring the pattern `WebSearchDriverFactory`
already uses via `DriverFactoryBase`. Any mutation to an LLM-tagged
config variable is picked up automatically on the next read — callers
never have to remember to refresh.
- Extracted `getConfigGroupHash` into a shared util reused by both
`DriverFactoryBase` and `AiModelRegistryService` (and switched the hash
to `JSON.stringify` so object-typed config vars like `AI_PROVIDERS`
actually contribute meaningfully).
- `AiModelRegistryService` gates all internal `Map` access behind
private getters that call `ensureFresh()`, so future read paths can't
accidentally observe stale state. Build path uses underscored backing
fields directly to avoid recursing.
- Dropped the now-redundant `refreshRegistry()` public method and its
four call sites in `admin-panel.resolver.ts`.

- [x] Existing admin-panel + ai-models specs pass (79 tests)
- [ ] Manual: on a self-hosted instance, set `OPENAI_API_KEY` (or
another provider key) via the admin panel `setDatabaseConfigVariable`
mutation and confirm AI features work without a server restart
- [ ] Manual: existing flows (`addAiProvider`, `addModelToProvider`,
etc.) still pick up new providers on the next read

### Primary Changes: Dynamic Driver Configuration
Refactors FileStorageService and EmailSenderService to support dynamic
driver configuration changes at runtime without requiring application
restarts.
**Key Architectural Change**: Instead of conditionally registering
drivers at build time based on configuration, we now **register all
possible drivers eagerly** and select the appropriate one at runtime.
### What Changed:
- **Before**: Modules conditionally registered only the configured
driver (e.g., only S3Driver if STORAGE_TYPE=S3)
- **After**: All drivers (LocalDriver, S3Driver, SmtpDriver,
LoggerDriver) are registered at startup
- **Runtime Selection**: Services dynamically choose and instantiate the
correct driver based on current configuration
### Secondary Fix: Integration Test Log Cleanup
Addresses ConfigStorageService error logs appearing in integration test
output by using injected LoggerService for consistent log handling.

Added a no-explicit-any rule to the twenty-server, not applicable to
tests and integration tests folder

programmatically ignored them through a disable next line rule comment

After investiagting the different options ([see related
issue](https://github.com/twentyhq/core-team-issues/issues/660#issuecomment-2766030972))
I decided to add a "Verify Component" and a to build a custom Layout for
this route.
Reason I cannot use the default one is to have all preloaded once the
user changes website and lands on the verify route.
Reason I did not modify the DefaultLayout to match our need is that is
would require many changes in order to avoid preloading states for our
specific usecase.

This update provides the flexibility for users to configure SMTP for
local instances where encryption is not required. For environments using
an unencrypted SMTP relay or similar local instances that are not open
to the public, the end user can now choose to disable encryption. This
ensures flexibility in the configuration while still maintaining the
option for secure SMTP connections in other environments.

**secure** – if true the connection will use TLS when connecting to
server. <mark>If false (the default) then TLS is used if server supports
the STARTTLS extension. In most cases set this value to true if you are

not used even if the server supports STARTTLS extension.</mark>

One of the steps to address #8128
How to test:
Please change the locale in the settings and click on change password
button. A password reset email in the preferred locale will be sent.
Todo:
- Remove the hardcoded locales for invitation, warn suspended workspace
email, clean suspended workspace emails
- Need to test invitation, email verification, warn suspended workspace
email, clean suspended workspace emails
- The duration variable `5 minutes` is always in english. Do we need to
do something about that? It does seems odd in case of chinese
translations.
Notes:
- Only tested the password reset , password update notify templates.
- Cant test email verification due to error during sign up `Internal
server error: New workspace setup is disabled`
