Run front components in a sandboxed opaque-origin iframe (#22588)
Front components run untrusted third-party React in a Web Worker. That
worker previously shared the host origin, so it could reach
origin-scoped storage (the metadata-store IndexedDB, the
`twenty-sign-out` BroadcastChannel), cookies, and same-origin resources.
This runs the worker inside a `sandbox="allow-scripts"` (no
`allow-same-origin`) iframe, giving it an opaque origin where the
browser denies localStorage, cookies, IndexedDB, and BroadcastChannel
outright. The worker is kept inside the iframe (rather than a bare
iframe) so untrusted code always runs off the main thread; the
remote-dom render path is unchanged.
- **Transport:** host ↔ iframe ↔ worker over a re-transferred
`MessagePort` (`ThreadMessagePort`); a small bootstrap script is inlined
into the iframe via `srcdoc` (bundled at build time by a prebuild step)
and relays the port to the worker it spawns. Messages across the
boundary use a typed discriminated union with a single parse/guard.
- **Network:** under the opaque origin, direct fetches to the Twenty API
would be `Origin: null`, so the component source and SDK modules are
fetched through an allowlisted, credential-omitting `hostFetch` bridge
and blobbed inside the worker. The allowlist is single-sourced on the
host (http(s) origins only) and carried in the render context. The
bridge is mandatory (rendering fails closed if it is missing), refuses
redirects except for GET/HEAD to the known file-storage URLs, and caps
response body size.
- **SDK loading:** SDK client modules now load inside the worker through
the bridge, replacing the host-side SDK-blob state/effect/provider with
a pure `getSdkClientUrls` URL builder.
- **Isolation tests:** a unit test locks the sandbox attribute
(`allow-scripts`, never `allow-same-origin`); a browser test asserts the
worker actually gets an opaque origin with storage denied, probing
cookies by writing one rather than reading an empty jar.
Also adds a "List Companies" seed front component that queries workspace
data via the SDK client (exercising the bridge end-to-end),
single-sources the command-menu confirmation-modal result event name and
detail type in `twenty-shared` (previously a hand-synced duplicate), and
decomposes the renderer (bridge, sandbox, worker orchestration) into
small single-purpose utils with unit tests.

Rebuild email composer recipient fields as a structured chip input with person resolution and autocomplete (#22668)
# Why
The To/Cc/Bcc fields reused `FormMultiTextFieldInput`, the workflow
Tiptap tag editor, with recipients stored as a comma-separated string.
That caused every reported issue: duplicates were allowed, the field was
locked to one 32px line with a hidden horizontal scrollbar, chips did
nothing on click, `First Last <email>` could not even be typed (space
committed a tag) and was rejected by the backend when pasted, chips
could not be edited, invalid addresses only failed server-side after
pressing Send, and there was no autocomplete at all.
## The model
A recipient is `{ address, displayName? }`. Person and workspace member
are never stored in composer state; they are resolved live from the
address at render time, mirroring how `MatchParticipantService` links
`messageParticipant.handle` to `personId`/`workspaceMemberId` on the
receive side. Entities appear at the edges (autocomplete in, chip
display out); state, dedupe, validation, and send operate on addresses
only. The send path is unchanged: `SendEmailInput.to/cc/bcc` stay
comma-separated bare addresses.
# What changed
New module `activities/emails/recipients/` (the workflow editor is
untouched; its other consumers are unaffected):
- **`EmailRecipientsFieldInput`**: wrapping chip rows (up to ~3 lines,
then scroll), commit on Enter/Tab/comma/semicolon/blur, space commits
only when the buffer is already a valid email, paste parses RFC 5322
lists (names, quoted commas, semicolons, newlines), case-insensitive
dedupe with a flash on the existing chip, invalid addresses become red
chips that disable Send, double-click or keyboard editing in place with
Escape revert, Backspace select-then-delete, arrow-key chip navigation,
Ctrl/Cmd+Enter commits a pending buffer or sends when the buffer is
empty.
- **Person resolution**: chips resolve against People
(`emails.primaryEmail`, case-insensitive) and workspace members,
rendering avatar + name when known and degrading to a plain address chip
otherwise.
- **Chip menu**: person/member header, Copy email, Edit, Remove, and Add
as person for unknown addresses (creates the Person; the chip upgrades
in place).
- **Autocomplete**: blends context people (company you are composing
from, or the company behind a person/opportunity), ranked people search,
workspace members with a Team member badge, and a literal "Use this
email" row ranked first when the typed buffer is a valid address.
Suggestions exclude addresses already present in any field. Enter picks
the highlighted or top row.
- **Prefill**: replies and drafts preserve participant display names
(`getEmailDraftPrefillFromMessage`, `useReplyContext`).
- `useEmailComposerState` holds `EmailRecipient[]` per field and blocks
send on invalid recipients; the recipient-limit warning is surfaced
again in the composer.
- The Send Email engine command passes the record context so context
suggestions work from the record page action.
- `EmailsFilter` was missing from the shared `LeafFilter` union, so
nothing could filter on `emails.primaryEmail`; added (additive).
- New dependency `addressparser@1.0.1` in twenty-front, the same package
and version the server already uses to parse inbound mail headers, so
both sides parse identically. Tiny, dependency-free, browser-safe.
# Decisions and tradeoffs
- Person resolution matches on `emails.primaryEmail` only,
case-insensitively via per-address `ilike` filters (no `%` wildcards,
`%_\` escaped). `additionalEmails` is a JSONB array and not cleanly
filterable through the GraphQL filter API today; the server-side matcher
checks additional emails too, so a chip may show as a plain address even
though the send still links to the person via participant matching.
- Chip flash-on-duplicate replays its CSS animation by remounting the
chip subtree (nonce in the React key), chosen over animation-restart
hacks; the remount is invisible.
- Keyboard chip selection keeps DOM focus on the input and tracks a
virtual `selectedChipIndex` (`aria-activedescendant`) instead of roving
focus across chips: one focus point, no focus juggling, standard
combobox listbox pattern.
- `flushSync` (precedent: `Dropdown.tsx`) focuses and places the caret
after entering chip-edit mode; the alternative was a useEffect on
editing state.
- Suggestion rows `preventDefault` on mousedown so picking a suggestion
never blurs the input (blur would first commit the half-typed buffer as
a junk chip).
- Cmd/Ctrl+Enter inside a recipient field: with a non-empty buffer it
commits the buffer only; with an empty buffer it sends via an `onSubmit`
prop wired to `handleSend`. Not commit+send in one stroke: `handleSend`
holds a same-render closure over composer state, so sending in the same
event would read the pre-commit recipients. E2E also showed the side
panel's own ctrl+Enter hotkey never fires while any form field is
focused (focus-stack scoping, applies to the old composer too), which is
why the field triggers the submit itself.
- Enter with suggestions open picks the highlighted (or top) suggestion,
Gmail-style. When the typed buffer is itself a valid email, the literal
row is ranked first so Enter keeps meaning "add what I typed".
- Suggestions are disabled while editing a chip (the edit buffer holds
`Name <email>` text, a poor search query).
- Dedupe blocks within a field; across fields typed duplicates are
allowed (sometimes intentional), but suggestions exclude addresses
already present in any of To/Cc/Bcc.
- Chip menu actions never navigate: navigating the side panel (or main
view) unmounts the composer and silently destroys the draft, since
composer state is component-local with no draft persistence. "Add as
person" creates the record and shows a snackbar while the chip upgrades
in place; the person header row is informational. "Open person"
navigation should come back once drafts survive navigation.
- The reply composer gets no context record: its widget target record is
the message thread, not a person/company, and replies already prefill
participants.
- If two people share a primary email, the last fetched match wins for
chip display (no ambiguity UI).
- "Add as person" splits the display name on the first space for
firstName/lastName, the same heuristic the contact-creation manager uses
server-side.
# Deferred
- Display names on the wire (`Name <email>` in outbound headers): needs
`SendEmailInput` / `EmailComposerService.validateEmails` changes
server-side.
- Drag chips between To/Cc/Bcc; collapse-on-blur to one line with a "+N
others" summary.
- Frequency/recency ranking of suggestions from `messageParticipant`
aggregates.
- "Open person" from the chip menu, pending draft persistence across
navigation.
# Verification
Unit tests cover the parser, formatter round-trip, merge/dedupe, and the
field state machine (commit, dedupe flash, edit, cancel, keyboard
selection). Typecheck, lint, and the email module suites pass, plus the
shared and side-panel suites.
Every flow was also driven end to end with Playwright against seeded
data: prefill resolution, context and typed suggestions, keyboard
navigation and picks, dedupe flash, RFC 5322 paste, invalid chips gating
Send, wrapping, in-place editing, chip menus, clipboard copy, Add as
person with live chip upgrade, Cc/Bcc exclusions, and the Ctrl+Enter
send path (the mutation reached the server; it failed only on the seeded
account's missing refresh token, expected outside a real provider
connection).

Fix side panel open/close animation glitches in the page header and panel content (#22598)
When the side panel opens or closes, the pinned header button (e.g. New Company) was flat-clipped for the whole 300ms animation: the ⋮ toggle mounts instantly and shifts the button's slot, framer's `layout` prop compensates with a transform that the surrounding `overflow: hidden` containers don't follow, and the ResizeObserver-driven rerenders re-seed that transform every frame. Removing `layout` lets the button follow plain reflow, which cannot clip. The panel content also squeezed during the animation (labels re-truncating at every intermediate width) because the inner panel was `width: 100%` of the width-animating wrapper. Pinning it to `var(--side-panel-width)` turns the animation into a rigid drawer slide; drag-resize is unaffected since it writes the same CSS variable. <!-- This is an auto-generated description by cubic. --> <a href="https://cubic.dev/pr/twentyhq/twenty/pull/22598?utm_source=github" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" data-no-image-dialog="true"><picture><source media="(prefers-color-scheme: dark)" srcset="https://www.cubic.dev/buttons/review-in-cubic-dark.svg"><source media="(prefers-color-scheme: light)" srcset="https://www.cubic.dev/buttons/review-in-cubic-light.svg"><img alt="Review in cubic" src="https://www.cubic.dev/buttons/review-in-cubic-dark.svg"></picture></a> <!-- End of auto-generated description by cubic. --> |

Reverse pinned command menu item order on record header (#22577)
## Before <img width="502" height="102" alt="CleanShot 2026-07-06 at 12 10 42@2x" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/da186911-5a1f-446f-a590-1af4a191554f" /> ## After <img width="500" height="102" alt="CleanShot 2026-07-06 at 12 10 17@2x" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/6e7bb914-55af-4968-a15a-fb17378fffc7" /> Pinned command menu items in the record page header rendered left-to-right by position, putting the first item on the left. They should read the other way: first item on the right, last on the left. Fixed with `flex-direction: row-reverse` on the items container so the reversal is purely visual. The DOM/source order stays in position order, so the responsive overflow logic still keeps the highest-priority items visible and keyboard/screen-reader order is unaffected. <!-- This is an auto-generated description by cubic. --> <a href="https://cubic.dev/pr/twentyhq/twenty/pull/22577?utm_source=github" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" data-no-image-dialog="true"><picture><source media="(prefers-color-scheme: dark)" srcset="https://www.cubic.dev/buttons/review-in-cubic-dark.svg"><source media="(prefers-color-scheme: light)" srcset="https://www.cubic.dev/buttons/review-in-cubic-light.svg"><img alt="Review in cubic" src="https://www.cubic.dev/buttons/review-in-cubic-dark.svg"></picture></a> <!-- End of auto-generated description by cubic. --> |

Close side panel after command menu actions (#22118)
## What changed - Close the command side panel after eligible headless command-menu actions complete or are confirmed. - Cover delete, restore, permanent destroy, create view, import, see deleted, and hide deleted record commands. - Keep create-record behavior unchanged so a newly created record can still open in the side panel. - Add focused Jest coverage for the affected command components and the create-record exception. # Before https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/36632578-3cab-47db-8f6d-350cd6fce683 # After https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/c9dba19b-7f4a-44aa-ae7f-57660c5a1e96 --------- Co-authored-by: Charles Bochet <charles@twenty.com> |

fix(front): restore loading state on third-party app command menu actions (#22073)
## Problem Headless command-menu actions provided by third-party applications (e.g. the "Twenty Eng" app actions like *Fetch Pull Requests*, *Recompute Build Tasks*) no longer show a loading/progress indicator while they run, so users can't see that the action is in progress. ## Root cause In `CommandMenuItemSelectableRenderer`, [#21020](https://github.com/twentyhq/twenty/pull/21020) added an early-return branch for third-party application actions that renders `AppMenuItem`: ```tsx if (isThirdPartyApp) { return ( <SelectableListItem ...> <AppMenuItem ... /> // no loader passed </SelectableListItem> ); } ``` This branch returns **before** the `listItem` path that builds the `loaderComponent` (spinner + progress %), and `AppMenuItem` had no way to render a right-side loader. So `progress` / `showDisabledLoader` from `useCommandMenuItemClick` were computed but dropped for third-party app actions. Native (non third-party) actions kept their loader because they go through the `listItem` path. ## Fix - Add an optional `RightComponent` prop to `AppMenuItem`, forwarded to the underlying `MenuItem` (which already renders it). - Hoist the `loaderComponent` computation in `CommandMenuItemSelectableRenderer` above the branches and pass it to both the third-party `AppMenuItem` path and the existing `listItem` path (no behavior change for the latter). The loader now appears for third-party app actions exactly as it does for native ones — `<CommandListItemLoader progress={progress} />` once progress is reported, falling back to a `<Loader />` spinner before the first progress update. ## Verification - `oxlint --type-aware` clean on both changed files. - `typecheck` clean for the changed files. - Manual browser repro requires a third-party application with a progress-reporting headless action installed in the workspace (as in the reported screenshot), which isn't available in a stock dev workspace. The fix mirrors the already-working native `listItem` loader path. <!-- This is an auto-generated description by cubic. --> <a href="https://cubic.dev/pr/twentyhq/twenty/pull/22073?utm_source=github" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" data-no-image-dialog="true"><picture><source media="(prefers-color-scheme: dark)" srcset="https://www.cubic.dev/buttons/review-in-cubic-dark.svg"><source media="(prefers-color-scheme: light)" srcset="https://www.cubic.dev/buttons/review-in-cubic-light.svg"><img alt="Review in cubic" src="https://www.cubic.dev/buttons/review-in-cubic-dark.svg"></picture></a> <!-- End of auto-generated description by cubic. --> |

fix: Edit Layout keeping the command menu open (#21161)
## Summary - Fixes https://github.com/twentyhq/core-team-issues/issues/2460 - Engine/headless commands always skipped closing the menu (`closeSidePanelOnCommandMenuListExecution: false`), even when the item was not pinned. Edit Layout is `isPinned: false`, so the menu should close like other list-only actions. ## Approach - Option 1 (I chose this one): Derive close behavior from `item.isPinned` -> pinned commands keep the menu open; non-pinned ones close it. - Option 2 (not chosen): remove the engine command override totally and use the default close behavior for all commands. Option 1 is more targeted: it fixed Edit Layout without changing pinned commands (e.g. Export progress in the menu list). Option 2 is simpler but widens the blast radius to every engine command clicked from the side panel list. ## Screenshots ### Before https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/70b8dc75-af00-4917-81a1-646381f571d5 ### After https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/f733d696-9330-4e6c-993b-8a8133c53e0d --------- Signed-off-by: Parship Chowdhury <parshipchowdhury@gmail.com> Co-authored-by: Charles Bochet <charles@twenty.com> |

Reorganize twenty-ui into best-practice component domains and per-component folders (#21745)
Reorganizes `twenty-ui`'s component organization to follow how the best
UI libraries (MUI, Mantine, Base UI, Polaris) structure their source,
now that the package has stabilized.
**Taxonomy** — dissolves the meaningless `components/` junk-drawer and
the 107-file `display/` mega-category. New domains/subpaths:
`data-display`, `typography`, `icon`, `surfaces`; `feedback` and
`layout` absorb the rest (banners/callout/info + placeholders →
feedback; modal/card → surfaces; motion + separators → layout).
**Per-component layout** — every component is now
`<domain>/<ComponentName>/<ComponentName>.tsx` with colocated
styles/stories/types, `internal/` for private helpers and `parts/` for
re-exported compound sub-parts. The redundant inner `/components/` is
gone. `icon` and `json-visualizer` are kept as cohesive subsystems.
**Also:** adds a tree-shakeable root barrel (`import { Button } from
'twenty-ui'`), the generator now owns `individual-entry.ts`, and a real
barrel-leak bug is fixed (private `internals/` parts were leaking into
the public API).
Consumer imports (~1.2k files) and the `twenty-sdk` UI aggregator were
updated by codemod. The change is **export-neutral** except 16
intentionally-removed private internals symbols (all verified
unconsumed). Gates green: typecheck, lint, build, size-limit, storybook.

Remove twenty-ui-deprecated and migrate frontend to twenty-ui (#21596)
Migrates `twenty-front`, `twenty-sdk`, and `twenty-front-component-renderer` from `twenty-ui-deprecated` to `twenty-ui` (mechanical import swap — the packages have API parity) and deletes the deprecated package along with its workspace/CI/config wiring. Also adds `@linaria/react`/`@linaria/core` as direct deps of `twenty-front` (it used them transitively via the deprecated package). Note: move the required status check from `ci-ui-status-check` to `ci-new-ui-status-check`. Argos: the Storybook box-model/button-reset baseline shift (the bulk of the visual diffs) is isolated in #21665 — Storybook now loads twenty-ui's global `reset.scss`, which the production app already ships. Once #21665 merges and this branch is rebased, the remaining Argos diffs are component-level visual-parity items only. |

fix(command-menu-item): persist overrides after save and add reset-to-default (#21623)
## Context Command menu items are an overridable entity (like page-layout / FIELDS widgets), but the override flow in layout-customization mode was broken: - **Move / pin-unpin / hide-label didn't persist.** `useSaveCommandMenuItemsDraft` fired the `updateCommandMenuItem` mutations (backend persisted correctly) but never wrote the result back into `metadataStoreState`, the source the live menu and edit panel read from. So the UI reverted on exit and changes only showed after a hard reload. - **No true "reset to default".** Existing reset controls only reverted the draft to the last-saved values (which still contained overrides). there was no way to clear overrides back to the original values after a save. Notes - removed the footer "Reset to default" button. This is not clear to me how we want to build, let's re-implement better in the next version - reset are done on click and not delayed on the save. This is similar to other reset to default on page layouts where we actually usually reload the component and this is because the FE has no idea what's original VS override from the response itself <!-- This is an auto-generated description by cubic. --> <a href="https://cubic.dev/pr/twentyhq/twenty/pull/21623?utm_source=github" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" data-no-image-dialog="true"><picture><source media="(prefers-color-scheme: dark)" srcset="https://www.cubic.dev/buttons/review-in-cubic-dark.svg"><source media="(prefers-color-scheme: light)" srcset="https://www.cubic.dev/buttons/review-in-cubic-light.svg"><img alt="Review in cubic" src="https://www.cubic.dev/buttons/review-in-cubic-dark.svg"></picture></a> <!-- End of auto-generated description by cubic. --> |

[WIP] Feat/marketing emails (#21173)
Marketing/campaign emails on top of the emailing-domain (SES) feature:
send a broadcast to a hand-picked list, with per-customer-domain
unsubscribe links and opt-out-only **unsubscribe topics**.
## Model
Standard objects (workspace schema, flat-metadata):
- `messageCampaign` — a campaign send (subject, body template, from
address, status, list, optional unsubscribe topic).
- `messageList` + `messageListMember` — the hand-picked audience (person
↔ list join). A campaign's recipients are its list's members; everyone
is sendable unless suppressed.
Core entities (`core` schema, workspace-scoped — readable by the public
unsubscribe flow without a workspace context):
- `unsubscribeTopic` — an opt-out-only category (name, description,
visibility). There is no opt-in subscription state.
- `messageSuppression` — the single consent store: a row with
`unsubscribeTopicId` NULL is a global block; a row with an
`unsubscribeTopicId` and reason `UNSUBSCRIBE` is a per-topic opt-out.
Two partial unique indexes dedupe global vs per-topic rows (Postgres
treats NULLs as distinct).
- `emailingDomain` — the workspace's SES sending domain,
auto-provisioned when an email channel is added (and cleaned up when its
last channel is removed), with verification status + DNS records.
Campaign messages reuse the existing `message` / `messageThread` /
`messageParticipant` model — one outbound `message` per recipient with a
`deliveryStatus` state machine.
## Sending
- `sendMessageCampaign` resolves the audience **under the caller's
permissions**, creates the campaign, and enqueues a single fan-out job
(the request never materializes per-recipient rows or jobs).
- The fan-out job materializes one QUEUED message per recipient
(deterministic ids → idempotent re-runs, reconciles crash-orphaned rows)
and fans out per-recipient send jobs carrying **only ids**.
- Each send job renders per-recipient `{{variable}}` merge fields and
sends via `EmailingDomainSenderService`, which applies suppression
(global + per-topic) and the unsubscribe footer/headers. Suppressed
recipients are recorded `SKIPPED`.
- The campaign finalizes `SENT`, or `SENT_WITH_ERRORS` if any recipient
terminally failed.
- `previewMessageCampaignAudience` returns a pre-send breakdown (total /
without-email / duplicate / globally-unsubscribed / topic-unsubscribed /
sendable), shown as a hint under the composer pickers.
## Unsubscribe
- Encrypted (AES-256-GCM) token carrying workspaceId, address, optional
`unsubscribeTopicId`, `issuedAt`, and a `preview` flag.
- One-click POST (RFC 8058) + `mailto:` — topic-scoped when the token
carries a topic, global otherwise.
- Preferences page: a checkbox per visible topic (checked = still
receiving); submitting creates per-topic opt-outs for unchecked topics
and lifts re-checked ones (UNSUBSCRIBE only — never
`BOUNCE`/`COMPLAINT`, never a global block).
- A **Preview** action in settings opens the live page via a
preview-claim token; opt-out POSTs are no-ops for preview tokens, so
previewing never mutates state.
- SES webhooks: inbound unsubscribe + outbound bounce/complaint →
suppression (race-safe against at-least-once delivery, with reason
escalation that never downgrades).
- Per-customer unsubscribe hostname (Cloudflare DNS); sends are gated on
it being active, except in LOG/demo mode.
## Architecture
Campaign orchestration, suppression, the sender, the unsubscribe
controller, and the SES webhook handlers live in `src/modules/emailing`
+ `src/modules/messaging-webhooks` (the workspace-feature layer).
`core-modules/emailing-domain` keeps the SES driver, domain
provisioning, the `unsubscribeTopic` / `messageSuppression` core
entities, and the unsubscribe token/hostname plumbing. Domain creation
is validated (`CreateEmailingDomainInput` — domain-format regex,
lowercased) before any value reaches SES or the unsubscribe hostname.
## Frontend
- Campaign composer side panel (from / list / unsubscribe topic /
subject / body) with a live audience-preview hint.
- Email settings: email channels each showing their auto-provisioned
sending domain in a single section (status + DNS records + a "Check
verification" action), plus an **Unsubscribe Topics** section to
create/manage topics and preview the recipient page. A demo-mode banner

CommandMenuItem overridable entity (#21486)
## Context Second PR of the overridable-entities track (after #21436 for views): command menu items become overridable so that edits on non-owned items are stored as overrides instead of mutating the row, and deletion/deactivation becomes reversible. ## What this does - `CommandMenuItemEntity` now extends `OverridableEntity<CommandMenuItemOverrides>` (adds `isActive` + `overrides`). All editable properties are overridable for now (to discuss). - **Update**: mutations on a command item not owned by the caller (standard items) are written into `overrides`; reads merge them in the DTO. The command palette edit mode (pin, reorder, shortLabel) now preserves standard values, "Reset label to default" gains true post-save semantics. - **Delete**: protected items are deactivated (`isActive = false`) instead of deleted; custom items still hard-delete. - **Object deactivate/enable toggle**: now flips `isActive` on the command item (merged into the main migration call) instead of delete/recreate; a create-if-missing fallback covers legacy deactivated objects. - **Front**: inactive command items are filtered out of the palette selector. <!-- This is an auto-generated description by cubic. --> <a href="https://cubic.dev/pr/twentyhq/twenty/pull/21486?utm_source=github" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer" data-no-image-dialog="true"><picture><source media="(prefers-color-scheme: dark)" srcset="https://www.cubic.dev/buttons/review-in-cubic-dark.svg"><source media="(prefers-color-scheme: light)" srcset="https://www.cubic.dev/buttons/review-in-cubic-light.svg"><img alt="Review in cubic" src="https://www.cubic.dev/buttons/review-in-cubic-dark.svg"></picture></a> <!-- End of auto-generated description by cubic. --> --------- Co-authored-by: Charles Bochet <charles@twenty.com> |

feat(workflow): idempotent stop + retry failed runs from failing step (#21458)
https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/5a25396f-8959-4bd8-93cb-1187559ffe5f ## Summary Two workflow-run improvements, with all non-trivial logic isolated in pure, unit-tested utils. ### 1. Idempotent stop `stopWorkflowRun` no longer throws when a run is already in a terminal status (`COMPLETED` / `FAILED` / `STOPPED`) or already `STOPPING`; it returns the run unchanged. This fixes: - bulk stop aborting on the first non-stoppable run in a mixed/select-all selection, - the click-vs-processing race on a single run (run finishes between click and mutation). It also releases the cached not-started throttle slot when stopping a `NOT_STARTED` run (prevents counter drift), and ends runs with no `state` directly. ### 2. Retry a failed run from the failing step New `retryWorkflowRun` mutation (same guards/passthrough as `stopWorkflowRun`). It resets the failed step(s) to `NOT_STARTED`, flips the run to `RUNNING`, and enqueues a `RunWorkflowJob` with the steps to re-execute; downstream execution and status computation are unchanged. Logic lives in pure utils: - `build-retry-step-infos.util.ts` - decides per failed step what to reset; delegates iterator-specific logic to `build-retry-iterator-step-infos.util.ts` (an iterator that failed mid-loop is restored to `RUNNING` with cursor preserved, an iterator that failed itself restarts its whole loop). - `get-runnable-step-ids.util.ts` - reuses the executor's `shouldExecuteStep` to also resume branches that never started (avoids hangs), excluding loop-interior steps. The service method only orchestrates; the job's status check is a race guard (retriability is enforced in the service before enqueue). A "Retry" command menu item surfaces only for `FAILED` runs (`someEquals(selectedRecords, "status", "FAILED")`). ### 3. Keep the run diagram visible across regenerations The run diagram is regenerated on every run state change, producing fresh nodes without the dimensions Reactflow had measured. Reactflow hides unmeasured nodes until it re-measures them, so the diagram could flicker and disappear when the last regeneration before going idle left nodes unmeasured (reproducible after retrying a failed run). The regenerated nodes now carry over the previously measured dimensions (by id) so they stay rendered. ## Test plan - [x] Unit tests for both retry utils (9 cases: plain failed step, non-failed untouched, iterator mid-loop restore, iterator self-failure, frontier parent gating, entry steps, loop-interior exclusion, parallel branches) - [x] `twenty-server` + `twenty-front` typecheck - [x] `lint:diff-with-main` clean for both packages - [x] Manual: retry a failed run repeatedly and confirm the diagram stays visible - [ ] Manual: stop a COMPLETED/mixed selection (no error), retry a failed run and confirm it resumes from the failing step |

Fix: prevent unexpected navigation when destroying record from side panel (#21391)
Fixes: #21243 # Issue When a user is on a specific record's page (for example, looking at a Person) and opens a related record (like a Note) in the right-side panel, clicking "Permanently Delete" on that Note would abruptly redirect the user to the main "Notes" list. This breaks the user's workflow, as they typically want to remain on the parent Person page after deleting a sub-record. # Root Cause Inside the `DestroyRecordsCommand` and `DeleteRecordsCommand` components, the application was programmed to unconditionally trigger a `navigateApp` redirect to the deleted object's index page upon successful deletion. The code did not account for whether the deletion was triggered from the main index page or from inside a contextual side panel. # How we fixed it I introduced a new `isInSidePanel` flag into the `HeadlessCommandContextApi`. The command menu now detects if the delete action originated from inside a side panel and passes this flag down the execution chain. If `true`, the `DestroyRecordsCommand` simply closes the panel (`closeSidePanelMenu()`) and keeps the user exactly where they were. ## After that fix, I encountered another issue (UI not updating automatically) Because the app now correctly kept the user on the Person page, a new bug surfaced: the "Note" chip inside the relation table did not disappear immediately. The user had to manually refresh the page to see the deletion. This happened because: 1. The Apollo optimistic cache occasionally failed to trace deeply nested morph-relationships back to the parent. 2. A standard local React `useState` fallback was insufficient. The table component aggressively unmounts and remounts relation cells whenever a user hovers over them to display interactive controls, which would wipe the local React state clean and cause the "ghost chip" to reappear. ##How I fixed that issue (and optimized it) I built an event-driven fallback using global Jotai state to permanently hide the chips: 1. **Precision ID Broadcasting**: I updated the `useDestroyManyRecords` and `useIncrementalDestroyManyRecords` hooks to extract and broadcast only the *confirmed* destroyed IDs directly from the Apollo mutation response, preventing false-positive UI removals if the backend performed a partial delete. 2. **Batch Optimizations**: During bulk deletions, events are now broadcasted per-batch rather than accumulating thousands of IDs in memory until the end, keeping the UI instantly responsive and memory bounded. 3. **Per-Cell State Scoping (`atomFamily`)**: Instead of a leaky global array, we used Jotai's `atomFamily` to dynamically generate a unique Noticeboard for every specific table cell (`${recordId}-${fieldName}`). This ensures the hidden-state survives mouse-hover unmounts while remaining cleanly isolated. 4. **Defensive Filtering**: The `RelationFromManyFieldDisplay` component was updated to defensively guard against `undefined` array entries and strictly match deleted IDs only against valid foreign keys (ending in `'Id'`), preventing false-positive removals if a UUID happened to be pasted into a description field. 5. **SSE Resilience**: We hardened the Server-Sent Event (SSE) listeners with optional chaining and null-filtering to ensure malformed backend payloads do not crash the real-time event pipeline. # Screen Recording https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/19fc8a3f-ba28-43c2-b1f3-a91127cdad97 --------- Co-authored-by: bosiraphael <raphael.bosi@gmail.com> Co-authored-by: Raphaël Bosi <71827178+bosiraphael@users.noreply.github.com> |

feat(twenty-front): generalize the page primary/secondary bars (flat redesign) (#21308)
Replaces #21279 and #21282 with one clean PR from `main`. Generalizes the settings primary-bar / secondary-bar card chrome to the record index, record show and standalone pages via a shared `PageCardLayout` + `PageCardHeader` (the side panel sits as a sibling of the content card), and applies the new flat design direction: square corners on the card, side panel and loading skeletons. Iterating toward the new design (Figma node 102282-221623); the confirmed direction and the explicit "remove rounded corners" change are in, remaining designer specifics to follow. |

Rename twenty-ui to twenty-ui-deprecated and twenty-new-ui to twenty-ui to prepare package release (#21315)
## Description Promotes the next-gen UI library (formerly `twenty-new-ui`) to the name **`twenty-ui`** (v0.1.0, publishable) and renames the old package to **`twenty-ui-deprecated`**. Rewrites ~1,730 `twenty-ui` imports → `twenty-ui-deprecated`, updates all configs/CI/Docker/deps, and migrates twenty-front's `Toggle` to the new package (first consumer) as a drop-in. ## Next steps - Wire the `ui/v*` publish dispatch (`cd-deploy-tag.yaml` + `.yarnrc.yml`), then tag `ui/v0.1.0` to publish. - Continue migrating components from `twenty-ui-deprecated` → `twenty-ui`. |

fix: use correct userWorkspaceId for navigation menu comparisons (#21299)
## What does this PR do? Fixes a bug where `NavigationMenuItem.userWorkspaceId` was being compared/set to `WorkspaceMember.id` instead of the correct `UserWorkspace.id`, causing the favorites functionality to not work correctly. Fixes #21291 ## Problem The `isFavorite` check in `ViewPickerOptionDropdown` and `createManyNavigationMenuItems` calls in multiple files were using `currentWorkspaceMemberId` (which is `WorkspaceMember.id` from the `workspace_*` schema) instead of the correct `UserWorkspace.id` (from the `core` schema). This caused: - `isFavorite` to always return `false` for user favorites - Navigation menu items to be created with incorrect `userWorkspaceId` ## Root Cause In `useNavigationMenuItemsData.ts`: - `currentWorkspaceMemberId` was derived from `currentWorkspaceMember?.id` (WorkspaceMember.id) - But `NavigationMenuItem.userWorkspaceId` expects a `UserWorkspace.id` - These are two different entities from different schemas (core vs workspace) ## Solution 1. Added `currentUserWorkspaceId` to the `useNavigationMenuItemsData` hook return type 2. `currentUserWorkspaceId` is derived from `currentWorkspaceMember?.userWorkspaceId` 3. Updated all comparisons and assignments to use `currentUserWorkspaceId` when dealing with `userWorkspaceId` ## Files Changed - `packages/twenty-front/src/modules/navigation-menu-item/display/hooks/useNavigationMenuItemsData.ts` - Added `currentUserWorkspaceId` to return type - `packages/twenty-front/src/modules/views/view-picker/components/ViewPickerOptionDropdown.tsx` - Fixed `isFavorite` check and `createManyNavigationMenuItems` call - `packages/twenty-front/src/modules/command-menu-item/engine-command/record/single-record/components/AddToFavoritesSingleRecordCommand.tsx` - Fixed `createManyNavigationMenuItems` call - `packages/twenty-front/src/modules/navigation-menu-item/edit/hooks/useNavigationMenuItemEditController.ts` - Fixed `targetUserWorkspaceId` assignment ## Testing - No existing tests directly cover the `useNavigationMenuItemsData` hook - The fix is a simple type/field correction that should not affect other components - CI will verify TypeScript compilation and linting ## Checklist - [x] I have read the [CONTRIBUTING.md](https://github.com/twentyhq/twenty/blob/main/.github/CONTRIBUTING.md) file - [x] Changes are tested locally (TypeScript compilation) - [x] Commit message follows repository conventions - [x] PR is linked to the relevant issue (#21291) --------- Co-authored-by: Mani bharadwaj <Manibharadwaj@users.noreply.github.com> Co-authored-by: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com> |

refactor(filters): pass fieldMetadataItems array to dispatcher (#20737)
## Summary Alternative to #20717. Same goal (clean up the filter dispatcher API after #20670) but smaller and follows the codebase's "pass data, not behavior" style. The dispatcher takes a `fieldMetadataItems: FieldShared[]` array directly instead of a `findFieldMetadataItemById: (id) => FieldShared | undefined` callback. The util builds the id lookup internally — once per call, used for both source-field and relation-target-field lookups. No new types, no separate hydration step. ## What changes **`twenty-shared`** - `computeRecordGqlOperationFilter` / `turnRecordFilterIntoRecordGqlOperationFilter` / `turnRecordFilterGroupsIntoGqlOperationFilter`: replace `findFieldMetadataItemById` param with `fieldMetadataItems` / `fieldMetadataItemById` (internal Map). - Remove the exported `FindFieldMetadataItemById` type. - `turnAnyFieldFilterIntoRecordGqlFilter`: rename its internal `fieldById` Map for consistency. - Tests updated to pass arrays. **Frontend (15 call sites)** - Switch from `fieldMetadataItemByIdMapSelector` to `flattenedFieldMetadataItemsSelector`. - Pass `fieldMetadataItems: flattenedFieldMetadataItems` to the dispatcher. - `useFindManyRecordsSelectedInContextStore` keeps the Map selector because it still does a per-filter lookup for the soft-delete check. **Server (5 call sites)** - Pass `Object.values(flatFieldMetadataMaps.byUniversalIdentifier).filter(isDefined)`. ## Why this over #20717 #20717 moves resolution into a separate hydration step + introduces a `HydratedRecordFilter` type. The bug that #20717 originally surfaced was Sentry catching 4 critical runtime errors during review (`fieldMetadataItemByIdMap` declared but not passed). The added type and the explicit hydration boundary are extra surface area for not much benefit — the existing API was a callback wrapping a Map at every call site, and the natural simplification is to just pass the Map (or its array) directly. Net diff: **196 insertions, 203 deletions** (~7 lines net removed). 32 files. ## Test plan - [x] Shared filter unit tests pass (461 tests) - [x] Frontend filter/context-store tests pass (13 tests) - [x] Frontend typecheck passes - [x] Server typecheck passes - [x] Lint passes (frontend + server) - [ ] Integration tests on #20670 still pass — workflow find-records + chart-data with relation-traversal filter still work end-to-end through the new array param |

fix(filters): make filter dispatcher own relation-target resolution (#20670)
## Summary Two relation-traversal bugs surfaced post-merge of #20533, both rooted in the same architectural smell: the GraphQL filter dispatcher took a flat `fields: FieldShared[]` array and silently dropped any filter whose `relationTargetFieldMetadataId` wasn't in that array. Callers had to remember to pre-augment the list with relation targets — and 16+ call sites did not all know this. This PR fixes both bugs and removes the smell. ### Bug 1 — Save as new view loses the relation target `useCreateViewFromCurrentView` built the create-filter input without `relationTargetFieldMetadataId`. The saved view's filter persisted without the traversal — on reload the chip showed "Company contains 'air'" instead of "Company → Name contains 'air'". Discarded at save time, not at read time. Fix: include `relationTargetFieldMetadataId` in the create input. (Commit 1.) ### Bug 2 — Workflow Search Records drops one-hop traversals `FindRecordsWorkflowAction` built its fields list from `flatObjectMetadata.fieldIds` only (source object's fields). The shared dispatcher then couldn't resolve the relation target field on the related object and silently dropped the filter — a configured "People where Company → Name Contains 'Airbnb'" came through as `{ and: [] }`. This was the same shape as bugs already fixed in 5 other call sites (chart filters, view filters, record table, etc.). The pattern was: caller forgets to augment fields → dispatcher silently drops the filter. Fix (commit 2): change the dispatcher to take a `findFieldMetadataItemById: (id) => FieldShared | undefined` resolver callback. Both source-field and relation-target-field lookups go through the same resolver, so callers no longer need to know about the augmentation requirement. Frontend callers pass a workspace-wide resolver built from `flattenedFieldMetadataItemsSelector`; server callers wrap `findFlatEntityByIdInFlatEntityMaps` on `flatFieldMetadataMaps`. In both cases relation-target lookups just work, because the resolver can see fields on related objects. ## Why this matters Before: "if you call the dispatcher, pre-augment your fields list with relation targets, or filters get silently dropped." An invariant only enforceable by code review, broken often enough to ship two user-visible bugs in one week. After: the dispatcher resolves field ids itself. There's no list to forget to augment. The failure mode (filter silently dropped) becomes structurally impossible at the dispatcher boundary. Net diff: 240 insertions, 319 deletions. Removed `augmentFieldsWithRelationTargets` (frontend) and the workflow whack-a-mole code (server). ## Test plan - [ ] Save view: create an advanced filter using a one-hop relation traversal, click "Save as new view", reload, confirm the chip still reads "Source → Target operator value" - [ ] Workflow: configure a Search Records action with a relation-traversal filter, run the workflow, confirm the filter is actually applied - [ ] Dashboard chart: configure a chart with a relation-traversal filter, confirm the chart data respects it - [ ] Record table, group-by, calendar, total count, footer aggregates: all continue to work with both plain and relation-traversal filters |

feat(twenty-front): relation traversal in filter dropdown (stacked) (#20533)
**Stacked on #20527** https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/48995655-401a-4c35-8094-e88da8408bdd ## Summary Surfaces the one-hop relation traversal added in #20527 through the existing **composite sub-field dropdown pattern**. Clicking a MANY_TO_ONE relation field in the "+ Filter" picker now opens the same second-level dropdown that composite fields (FULL_NAME, ADDRESS, CURRENCY, etc.) already use — populated with the target object's filterable fields. Picking one (e.g. `Company → Name`) builds a filter that serializes to the nested GraphQL filter the backend now accepts: `{ company: { name: { ilike: "%X%" } } }`. No new components. The whole feature reuses `AdvancedFilterSubFieldSelectMenu` + the existing `subFieldNameUsedInDropdownComponentState` + the existing `MenuItem hasSubMenu` indicator. Only the conditions that gate the sub-menu (and the sub-menu's content for relations) were broadened. ## What landed | File | Change | |---|---| | `ObjectFilterDropdownFilterSelectMenuItem` | Sub-menu chevron now shows on MANY_TO_ONE relations (`isManyToOneRelationField` util). | | `AdvancedFilterFieldSelectMenu` | Relation clicks open the sub-menu alongside composite clicks. | | `AdvancedFilterSubFieldSelectMenu` | New branch: when the sub-menu type is `'RELATION'`, render the target object's filterable fields via `useFilterableFieldMetadataItems(targetObjectMetadataId)`. Composite logic untouched. | | `objectFilterDropdownSubMenuFieldType` state | Widened to accept a `'RELATION'` sentinel. Role-permissions sub-field menu narrows it back out (it doesn't traverse relations). | | `useSelectFieldUsedInAdvancedFilterDropdown` | New optional `targetFieldMetadataItem` arg. When present, the stored RecordFilter's `type` is the target field's type so the operand picker and value input render the target's operands (`'TEXT'` operators when filtering `company.name`, etc.). | | `turnRecordFilterIntoGqlOperationFilter` (shared) | When the filter targets a `RELATION` field with a `subFieldName`, synthesize a field-metadata for the target, recurse to build the inner filter, then wrap it under the relation field's name → `{ relationName: { targetFieldName: { ...operator } } }`. | `RecordFilter.subFieldName` stays narrowly typed as `CompositeFieldSubFieldName` so the wide downstream consumers (`shouldShowFilterTextInput`, composite handlers in the serializer, etc.) don't change. The relation target field's name is stored through a narrowly-scoped cast at the dropdown's storage point — the serializer checks `filter.type === 'RELATION'` before interpreting it as a target field name, so the cast can't be mis-read by composite-only code paths. ## Test plan - [ ] Open a table view on People, click "+ Filter", click "Company" → sub-menu opens with Company's filterable fields - [ ] Pick "Name" → operand picker shows TEXT operators (Contains, Equals, …) - [ ] Type "Airbnb" → filter applies, table shows people whose company name contains "Airbnb" - [ ] Verify network tab: the GraphQL filter variable is `{ company: { name: { ilike: "%Airbnb%" } } }` - [ ] Same flow with a composite target field (e.g. `Company → annualRecurringRevenue → amountMicros`) — should work end-to-end (backend supports composite-within-relation; #20527 has an integration test covering this) - [ ] Composite fields (FULL_NAME, ADDRESS) still open their normal sub-menu and filter correctly — no regression - [ ] Role-permissions field-select sub-field menu is unaffected (it bails out early on the RELATION sentinel) ## Out of scope - ONE_TO_MANY traversal (no backend support yet) - Aggregates (`people.count > 5`) - Persisting relation-traversal filters into a saved view (ViewFilter has no `relationPath` column yet; that's a separate slice) - REST API DSL changes - AI Tools 🤖 Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.com/claude-code) --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

[Command Menu] Fix record-selection command filtering in edit mode (#20034)
https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/fe1461c7-0d5c-4c6f-8c2e-2cf569e7de90 ## What Fix `RECORD_SELECTION` items leaking into the command menu when nothing is selected, and unify how the menu renders in normal vs edit mode. ## The bug `RECORD_SELECTION`-availability items were showing up even when `numberOfSelectedRecords === 0`. New util `doesCommandMenuItemMatchSelectionState` gates them, applied consistently in the runtime provider and the editor. ## The refactor `PinnedCommandMenuItemButtonsEditMode` was a 140-line near-duplicate of `PinnedCommandMenuItemButtons` with its own (drifting) filter logic. Killed it. Edit mode now flows through the same `CommandMenuContextProvider` with a new `isInPreviewMode` flag — one filter chain, one rendering path. ## Behavior in edit mode **Header (pinned buttons in page header):** - Runs the full filter chain — object metadata, page type, selection state, page layout, *and the conditional availability expression* - Buttons render at full styling but are inert via `pointer-events: none` + `cursor: not-allowed` - Preview now reflects exactly what users will see on the live page (not a grayed-out approximation) **Side panel editor:** - New `useEditableCommandMenuItems` hook - Same filters as runtime *minus* the conditional availability expression and `FALLBACK` items — so it surfaces everything that's actually configurable for this page context - Still gates on selection state — if no records selected, `RECORD_SELECTION` items are hidden from the editor too. Open to feedback if we'd rather always show them so users can pin them ahead of time. ## Misc - `usePinnedCommandMenuItemsInlineLayout` — visible count now waits until every item is measured before committing. Fixes a flash of wrong counts on mount/resize - Renamed `useCommandMenuContextApi` → `useCurrentCommandMenuContextApi` — name now conveys it reads from the *current* scoped context store - Copy: "Records selected" → "Record(s) selected" |

Gate export/import command menu items by permission flag (#19991)
## Summary - Hides the `exportRecords`, `exportView`, and `importRecords` command menu actions from users whose role does not hold the matching `EXPORT_CSV` / `IMPORT_CSV` permission flag. - Exposes the current user's role permission flags to `conditionalAvailabilityExpression` by adding `permissionFlags: Record<string, boolean>` to `CommandMenuContextApi`, mirroring how `featureFlags` is already accessible. - Adds a `2.1.0` workspace upgrade command that rewrites the three existing rows on every active/suspended workspace. ## Before <img width="1294" height="287" alt="Screenshot 2026-04-22 at 19 37 40" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/11ca8635-14d7-40a0-9ca0-76329c54e3c6" /> ## After <img width="1283" height="285" alt="Screenshot 2026-04-22 at 19 32 25" src="https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/5e49fa8a-4541-42ee-96da-4c1de7d00aae" /> |

refactor: standardize AI acronym to Ai (PascalCase) across internal identifiers (#19837)
## Summary
The "AI" acronym was rendered inconsistently across the codebase. The
backend AI module had settled on PascalCase `Ai` (`AiAgentModule`,
`AiBillingService`, `AiChatModule`, `AiModelRegistryService`, etc.),
while frontend components, several DTOs, a few types, and shared
identifiers still used all-caps `AI` (`AIChatTab`,
`AISystemPromptPreviewDTO`, `SettingsPath.AIPrompts`, ...). CLAUDE.md
specifies PascalCase for classes; this PR normalizes everything internal
to `Ai`.
**This is a pure internal rename.** The GraphQL schema is untouched —
`@ObjectType` decorator string arguments, resolver method names (which
become Query/Mutation field names), gql template contents, and the
`generated-metadata/graphql.ts` file are preserved verbatim. The only
visible change is TypeScript identifiers and file names.
## Also folded in (adjacent cleanups)
- **`AgentModelConfigService` → `AiModelConfigService`**. Lives in
`ai-models/` and is used by multiple AI code paths, not just the Agent
entity. The "Agent" prefix was misleading.
- **`generate-text-input.dto.ts` → `generate-text.input.ts`**. The
`ai-agent/dtos/` folder already uses `<entity>.input.ts` convention for
Input classes (`create-agent.input.ts` etc.); the old path mixed
`.dto.ts` file extension with a class that has no DTO suffix. File
rename only; class stays `GenerateTextInput`.
- **Removed stale TODO** in `ai-model-config.type.ts` that asked for the
`AiModelConfig` rename that this PR performs.
## Rename methodology
Bulk rename via perl with anchored regex
`(?<!['"])(?<![A-Z.])AI([A-Z])(?=[a-z])/Ai$1/g`:
- **Lookbehind for non-uppercase** skips adjacent acronyms (`MOSAIC`,
`OIDCSSO`) and leaves `AIRBNB_ID` alone.
- **Lookbehind for non-quote** protects most string literals.
- **Lookahead for lowercase** restricts matches to PascalCase
identifiers (`AIChatTab`), leaving SCREAMING_SNAKE constants untouched.
Strict file-scope exclusions: `generated-metadata/**`, `generated/**`,
`locales/**`, `migrations/**`, `illustrations/**`, `halftone/**`, and
the two gql template files (`queries/getAISystemPromptPreview.ts`,
`mutations/uploadAIChatFile.ts`).
Post-rename reverts for identifiers where the regex was too eager:
- Backend resolver method names kept: `getAISystemPromptPreview`,
`uploadAIChatFile` (they are GraphQL field names).
- `@ObjectType('AdminAIModels')` / `('AISystemPromptPreview')` /
`('AISystemPromptSection')` kept as-is.
- Backend classes `ClientAIModelConfig` / `AdminAIModelConfig` kept
as-is (they use `@ObjectType()` with no argument, so the class name IS
the schema name).
- External-library symbols restored: `OpenAIProvider`,
`createOpenAICompatible`, `vercelAIIntegration`.
File renames use a two-step rename to work on macOS case-insensitive
filesystems: `git mv X.tsx X.tsx.tmp && git mv X.tsx.tmp renamed.tsx`.

Link command menu items to specific page layout (#19706)
- Add a `pageLayoutId` foreign key to `CommandMenuItem`, allowing command menu items to be scoped to a specific page layout instead of being globally available - Filter command menu items by the current page layout on the frontend. Items with a `pageLayoutId` only appear when viewing that layout, while items without one remain globally visible - Create an effect to track the current page layout ID - Include a seed example: a "Show Notification" command pinned to the Star history standalone page layout --------- Co-authored-by: Charles Bochet <charles@twenty.com> |

Support Select All for workflow manual triggers (#19734)
## Summary - Move record fetching and payload building from the enrichment hook into `TriggerWorkflowVersionEngineCommand`, following the same component-based pattern as `DeleteRecordsCommand` and `RestoreRecordsCommand` - The enrichment hook now only stores workflow metadata (`trigger`, `availabilityType`, `availabilityObjectMetadataId`); the component uses `useLazyFetchAllRecords` for exclusion mode (Select All) with full pagination - `buildTriggerWorkflowVersionPayloads` is now a pure function accepting `selectedRecords: ObjectRecord[]` instead of reading from the Jotai store Fixes the issue introduced by #19718 which blocked Select All with a warning toast instead of implementing it. ## Test plan - [ ] Select individual records → run workflow trigger from command menu → works as before - [ ] Click Select All → run workflow trigger from command menu → fetches all matching records and runs the workflow - [ ] Select All with some records deselected → correctly excludes those records - [ ] Global workflows (no object context) → run without payload as before - [ ] Bulk record triggers → payload wraps records in `{namePlural: [records]}` 🤖 Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.com/claude-code) --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

fix: add missing LayoutRenderingProvider in SettingsApplicationCustomTab (#19679)
## Summary - `SettingsApplicationCustomTab` renders `FrontComponentRenderer` which calls `useFrontComponentExecutionContext` → `useLayoutRenderingContext()`, but the settings page never provided a `LayoutRenderingProvider` - Every other render site (side panel, command menu, record pages) wraps `FrontComponentRenderer` with this provider — it was just missed here - Opening the "Custom" tab in Settings → Applications crashes with: `LayoutRenderingContext Context not found` - Fix: wrap with `LayoutRenderingProvider` using `DASHBOARD` layout type and no target record, matching the pattern used in `SidePanelFrontComponentPage` ## Test plan - [ ] Open Settings → Applications → any app with a custom settings tab - [ ] Click the "Custom" tab — should render the front component without crashing 🤖 Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.com/claude-code) --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com> Co-authored-by: Charles Bochet <charles@twenty.com> |

Introduce standalone page (#19675)
Add support for standalone pages: a new `PageLayout` type (`STANDALONE_PAGE`) that can be rendered independently at `/page/:pageLayoutId`, not tied to any record or object context. - New `STANDALONE_PAGE` page layout type - New `PAGE_LAYOUT` navigation menu item type: adds a `pageLayoutId` foreign key to `NavigationMenuItemEntity`, allowing sidebar items to link directly to standalone pages - New `GLOBAL_OBJECT_CONTEXT` command menu availability type: separates object-context-dependent commands (Create Record, Import, Export, See Deleted, Create View, Hide Deleted) from truly global ones, so standalone pages only show relevant commands - Frontend routing & rendering: adds a `/page/:pageLayoutId` route with its own page component, header, and command menu - Widget rendering refactor - Instance commands: two fast 1.22 migrations: `pageLayoutId` column + `STANDALONE_PAGE` enum, and `GLOBAL_OBJECT_CONTEXT` availability type enum - Workspace command: backfills existing command menu items from `GLOBAL` to `GLOBAL_OBJECT_CONTEXT` where appropriate - Dev seeds: adds a sample "Star History" standalone page with an iframe widget for local development |

Sync command menu with main context store (#19650)
## PR description - The command menu in the side panel now reads directly from `MAIN_CONTEXT_STORE_INSTANCE_ID` instead of snapshotting the main context store into a separate side-panel instance when opening. This keeps the command menu always in sync with the current page state (selection, filters, view, etc.). - Removed the broadening/reset-to-selection feature (Backspace to clear context, "Reset to" button) since the command menu no longer maintains its own copy of the context. ## Video QA https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/5d5bc664-b6d4-431d-a271-6ce23d8a4ae0 |

Refactor command menu items deprecated code (#19508)
- Removes the intermediate `CommandMenuItemConfig` / `CommandConfigContext` / `CommandMenuItemDisplay` abstraction layers, replacing them with a single `CommandMenuItemRenderer` that renders directly from the command menu items from the backend - Eliminates the server-items/ subdirectory by moving its contents (hooks/, contexts/, states/, display/, edit/) up into the parent command-menu-item/ module, removing an unnecessary nesting level. |

Resolve frontComponent relation on command menu items via selector (#19493)
## Bug description Headless command menu items were interpreted as non headless command menu items and opened in the side panel. https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/44d8b4d3-9ee5-4f12-9ff8-b3ed51e5b3b6 ## Fix https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/9d6eb900-9817-4ceb-87aa-547ad046a5a1 - Command menu items received via SSE lack the nested `frontComponent` relation (only `frontComponentId` is present), causing `item.frontComponent?.isHeadless` to always be undefined. - Add `frontComponents` to the metadata store's stale entity loading - Rewrite `commandMenuItemsSelector` to join `commandMenuItems` with `frontComponents` by `frontComponentId` |

Refactor navigation commands to use NAVIGATION engine key with payload (#19303)
- Adds a payload JSON column to `CommandMenuItem` and introduces a unified `NAVIGATION` engine component key that replaces all individual GO_TO_* keys - Navigation commands now use the payload to determine their target (either an objectMetadataItemId or a path), making navigation commands dynamic and eliminating the need for a hardcoded engine key per object - Includes a 1.21 upgrade command (refactor-navigation-commands) that migrates existing GO_TO_* items to NAVIGATION items with the appropriate payload, and applies a CHECK constraint enforcing payload coherence https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/4d305ba2-ae0b-4556-bb0e-e9d899777350 TODO: In a second PR, create the sync between object metadata items and the navigation command menu items - Object metadata item created or enabled -> Create navigation command - Object metadata item deleted or disabled -> Delete associated navigation command In another PR: - Allow `label`, `shortLabel` and `icon` to resolve the `navigateToObjectMetadataItem` dynamically in their interpolation instead of being hardcoded in the command menu item - Make the icon dynamic in the command menu items as the label so that we can resolve ${navigateToObjectMetadataItem.icon} at runTime -> This way we won't need to keep update the command menu item icon when we update the objectMetadataItem icon |

feat: Send email from UI — inline reply composer & SendEmail mutation (#19363)
## Summary - **Inline email reply**: Replace external email client redirects (Gmail/Outlook deeplinks) with an in-app email composer. Users can reply to email threads directly from the email thread widget or via the command menu. - **SendEmail GraphQL mutation**: New backend mutation that reuses `EmailComposerService` for body sanitization, recipient validation, and SMTP dispatch via the existing outbound messaging infrastructure. - **Side panel compose page**: Command menu "Reply" action now opens a side-panel compose email page with pre-filled To, Subject, and In-Reply-To fields. ### Backend - `SendEmailResolver` with `SendEmailInput` / `SendEmailOutputDTO` - `SendEmailModule` wired into `CoreEngineModule` - Reuses `EmailComposerService` + `MessagingMessageOutboundService` ### Frontend - `EmailComposer` / `EmailComposerFields` components - `useSendEmail`, `useReplyContext`, `useEmailComposerState` hooks - `useOpenComposeEmailInSidePanel` + `SidePanelComposeEmailPage` - `EmailThreadWidget` inline Reply bar with toggle composer - `ReplyToEmailThreadCommand` now opens side-panel instead of external links ### Seeds - Added `handle` field to message participant seeds for realistic email addresses - Seed `connectedAccount` and `messageChannel` in correct batch order ## Test plan - [ ] Open an email thread on a person/company record → verify "Reply..." bar appears below the last message - [ ] Click "Reply..." → composer opens inline with pre-filled To and Subject - [ ] Type a message and click Send → email is sent via SMTP, composer closes - [ ] Use command menu Reply action → side panel opens with compose email page - [ ] Verify Send/Cancel buttons work correctly in side panel - [ ] Test with Cc/Bcc toggle in composer fields - [ ] Verify error handling: invalid recipients, missing connected account Made with [Cursor](https://cursor.com) --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Add email thread widget and message thread record page layout (#19351)
## Summary - Move email thread display from side panel to a dedicated record page with a new `EMAIL_THREAD` widget type - Add message thread as a standard object with page layout, subject field, and backfill command - Add reply-to-email command menu item for message thread records - Remove old side panel message thread components in favor of the new widget-based approach ## Type fixes - Add `EMAIL_THREAD` to `WidgetConfigurationType`, `WidgetType`, and all configuration/validator maps - Create `EmailThreadConfigurationDTO` and shared `EmailThreadConfiguration` type - Register EMAIL_THREAD in widget type validators, configuration resolvers, and standard widget mappings ## Test plan - [ ] Verify message thread record pages render with the email thread widget - [ ] Verify email thread preview navigates to the record page instead of opening side panel - [ ] Verify reply-to-email command appears for message thread records - [ ] Verify typecheck passes for both twenty-front and twenty-server - [ ] Run existing test suites to check for regressions 🤖 Generated with [Claude Code](https://claude.com/claude-code) --------- Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com> |

Sync record selection with the edit mode (#19276)
## PR description The previous approach used a detached flag to represent selection mode, which could was not synced sync with actual UI selection state. This change ties the edit mode's selection/fallback behavior directly to whether records are truly selected in the record index. - Removes `commandMenuItemEditSelectionModeState` (a standalone 'none' | 'selection' atom) and replaces it with `mainContextStoreHasSelectedRecordsSelector`, which derives selection state from the real record selection in the context store. - Adds `useSelectFirstRecordForEditMode` to programmatically select the first record (table row or kanban card) when toggling to selection mode, and useResetRecordIndexSelection to clear selection when toggling off or exiting edit mode. - Ensures record selection is properly cleaned up when exiting layout customization mode or closing the side panel. ## Video QA ### Table https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/1d845809-8369-4872-b3a9-a0281b8e464b ### Board https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/325c2d58-4ca0-408a-ab4a-66b97d9d70de |
