Adds a cross-workspace chat list to the admin panel (admin-panel/chats,
linked from the AI tab) so we can analyze onboarding AI chats and
improve the workspace-setup prompts.
- Filters: onboarding only, has error, no user reply; search by
workspace, user email or thread id; server-side sort by message count,
replies, created or updated, with pagination. The list opens unfiltered
so every chat is visible by default.
- Onboarding threads are detected by fingerprint (hidden kickoff message
OR deterministic uuid v5 id), so all existing setup chats are covered
retroactively. The allowImpersonation gate is enforced in the query.
- Replies count answered `ask_questions` cards as well as user messages:
answering one writes no message row, only an in-place toolOutput update,
so those chats used to look abandoned.
- The admin transcript now returns the hidden kickoff prompt (collapsed
in the UI) and enriched message parts: reasoning, tool input/output
rendered as JSON trees, and errors. Reference chips are not navigable
there since they would link into the reader's own workspace.
- Fixes the workspace detail "Messages" column which displayed
conversationSize (tokens) instead of the message count.

The `findAllApplicationRegistrations` query on the admin panel Apps page
(`/settings/admin-panel#apps`) loaded every application registration at
once, with search and filtering done client-side.

**Server**
- `findAllApplicationRegistrations` now takes `limit` / `offset` /
`searchTerm` / `isPreInstalledOnly` args and returns a
`PaginatedApplicationRegistrations` object (`registrations`,
`totalCount`, `hasMore`), following the same pattern as `getQueueJobs`.
- `ApplicationRegistrationService.findAll` uses `findAndCount` with
`take`/`skip`, and moves the search (name, source package, universal
identifier via `ILIKE`) and the pre-installed filter into the SQL query,
mirroring how `getInstalledWorkspacesGlobal` filters installed
workspaces.
**Frontend**
- `SettingsAdminApps` passes the page, the debounced search term (300ms,
like the installed workspaces table), and the pre-installed toggle as
query variables instead of filtering client-side.
- Adds a Previous / Next pagination footer (25 per page) matching the
queue jobs table, shown only when there is more than one page.
- The "unconfigured first" ordering is kept within each page
(`isConfigured` is a dataloader-resolved field, so it can't be sorted in
SQL).

- Regenerated `generated-admin/graphql.ts` follows in a subsequent
commit.
