Closes [1918](https://github.com/twentyhq/core-team-issues/issues/1918).
- For the first point in the issue, we just show the deactivated entries
along with the deactivated text.
---
- For the second point, we show a banner and control the
enabled/disabled state of save button depending on whether we're
allowing the user to create table with the typed name.
- For example, we do not want to allow the user to create a table with
reserved name, so we disable the save button without showing a banner.
- Similarly, we do not want the user to create a table with a name that
already exists in the database. In this case, we show a banner and we
also disable the save button.
- Finally, we do not want to allow the user to create a table where
singular and plural name are the same. Therefore, we disable the save
button for names like `works`.
---
- For the third point, if we add the delete button, it logically means
that we allow the user to delete a custom object/field even it has not
been deactivated yet, so did that.
- Upon deleting the object/field, if we wait for the metadata to refetch
before we navigate, this is what we see because the path does not exist
any longer after deletion and we're waiting for refetch on the path
until we navigate away.
https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/dbe0569c-db88-4285-851f-22551b1ca81e
- To avoid this page from appearing, I replaced awaiting refetch to not
awaiting refetch and redirecting while the refetch happens in the
background.
- Therefore, when we delete something, there is a slight delay for when
it is actually cleared out from the list, but the Not Found view does
not appear on the screen.
https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/47f49579-ce51-4d6a-b857-72046247bb4b
- I tried optimistically removing the object/field from the metadata,
but it leads to some issues (crashes the app) and I have not been able
to find a solution for it yet.
- Therefore, instead of getting stuck at perfection and blocking myself,
I stopped getting into the issue further and created this PR by ensuring
that the desired functionality works.

Fixes https://github.com/twentyhq/twenty/issues/14548.
When creating a field metadata through the api, the field's icon can be
null (from twenty UI, a default icon is always added by default and it
is not possible to remove it). Then this value is turned into an empty
string in the payload - i don't know why we don't send the null value.
When updating the field through the UI, we run a zod validation that
either accepts a null value for Icon, or a value that starts with
`"Icon".` In our case, the value for Icon was `""` (an empty string),
which is not valid. Therefore the form was considered not valid until an
icon was added.
While the fix suggested works, we should probably sort out the `null`
conversion to `""`, as it is prone to errors.
# Introduction
- Implementing the delete one for the new object metadata service v2.
- Handling relation fields and fields in the first place to finally
remove the object
- puting back updatedAt and createdAt in flat metadatas
- duplicate criteria addition for flat object
- removing datasource id from object metadata dto
In this PR

In our Graphql schema, ids are typed as UUID.
Our FE codegen is typing it as 'any', unless we say otherwise. Fixing it
and fixing the impacts in the codebase
# What
Fully deprecate old relations because we have one bug tied to it and it
make the codebase complex
# How I've made this PR:
1. remove metadata datasource (we only keep 'core') => this was causing
extra complexity in the refactor + flaky reset
2. merge dev and demo datasets => as I needed to update the tests which
is very painful, I don't want to do it twice
3. remove all code tied to RELATION_METADATA /
relation-metadata.resolver, or anything tied to the old relation system
4. Remove ONE_TO_ONE and MANY_TO_MANY that are not supported
5. fix impacts on the different areas : see functional testing below
# Functional testing
## Functional testing from the front-end:
1. Database Reset ✅
2. Sign In ✅
3. Workspace sign-up ✅
5. Browsing table / kanban / show ✅
6. Assigning a record in a one to many / in a many to one ✅
7. Deleting a record involved in a relation ✅ => broken but not tied to
this PR
8. "Add new" from relation picker ✅ => broken but not tied to this PR
9. Creating a Task / Note, Updating a Task / Note relations, Deleting a
Task / Note (from table, show page, right drawer) ✅ => broken but not
tied to this PR
10. creating a relation from settings (custom / standard x oneToMany /
manyToOne) ✅
11. updating a relation from settings should not be possible ✅
12. deleting a relation from settings (custom / standard x oneToMany /
manyToOne) ✅
13. Make sure timeline activity still work (relation were involved
there), espacially with Task / Note => to be double checked ✅ => Cannot
convert undefined or null to object
14. Workspace deletion / User deletion ✅
15. CSV Import should keep working ✅
16. Permissions: I have tested without permissions V2 as it's still hard
to test v2 work and it's not in prod yet ✅
17. Workflows global test ✅
## From the API:
1. Review open-api documentation (REST) ✅
2. Make sure REST Api are still able to fetch relations ==> won't do, we
have a coupling Get/Update/Create there, this requires refactoring
3. Make sure REST Api is still able to update / remove relation => won't
do same
## Automated tests
1. lint + typescript ✅
2. front unit tests: ✅
3. server unit tests 2 ✅
4. front stories: ✅
5. server integration: ✅
6. chromatic check : expected 0
7. e2e check : expected no more that current failures
## Remove // Todos
1. All are captured by functional tests above, nothing additional to do
## (Un)related regressions
1. Table loading state is not working anymore, we see the empty state
before table content
2. Filtering by Creator Tim Ap return empty results
3. Not possible to add Tasks / Notes / Files from show page
# Result
## New seeds that can be easily extended

## -5k lines of code
## No more 'metadata' dataSource (we only have 'core)
## No more relationMetadata (I haven't drop the table yet it's not
referenced in the code anymore)
## We are ready to fix the 6 months lag between current API results and
our mocked tests
## No more bug on relation creation / deletion

Same than for `twenty-shared` made in
https://github.com/twentyhq/twenty/pull/11083.
## TODO
- [x] Manual migrate twenty-website twenty-ui imports
## What's next:
- Generate barrel and migration script factorization within own package
+ tests
- Refactoring using preconstruct ? TimeBox
- Lint circular dependencies
- Lint import from barrel and forbid them
### Preconstruct
We need custom rollup plugins addition, but preconstruct does not expose
its rollup configuration. It might be possible to handle this using the
babel overrides. But was a big tunnel.
We could give it a try afterwards ! ( allowing cjs interop and stuff
like that )
Stuck to vite lib app

# Introduction
At the moment when updating any record cache occurence, we will build a
fragment that will expect all of the object metadata item fields to be
provided.
Which result in the following traces: ( in the video companies aren't
fetch with companyId and other missing fields )
https://github.com/user-attachments/assets/56eab7c1-8f01-45ff-8f5d-78737b788b92
By definition as we're using graphql we might not request every record's
fields each time we wanna consume them.
In this way we will now dynamically compute or expect depending on the
CRUD operation specific fields to be written in the cache, and not all
of them
Tested all optimistic and failure management use cases
## Covering cache
Added coverage only for the `deleteOne` and `deleteMany` hooks, it cover
only the record record cache and not its relations hydratation ( for the
moment )
## Why not closing #9927
Unless I'm mistaken everything done here have fixed the same logs/traces
issue for updates and deletion but not creation.
Which means we still need to investigate the mass upload from import and
prefillRecord behavior
In a nutshell: went over each `updateRecordFromCache` calls, still need
to do all `createRecordInCache` calls
related to #9927
## Conlusion
Sorry for the big PR should have ejected into a specific one for the
`MinimalRecord` refactor
Will also continue covering others hooks later in my week as for the
`deleteOne`
As always any suggestions are welcomed !
Fixes#9827
Also uncovered a conflict with `@objectType('Relation')` and
`@objectType('relation)`
I don't want to address it in this PR so I will create a followup issue
when we close this but I think there's a confusion between
Relation/RelationMetadata, it's unclear what is what

# Introduction
By initially fixing this Fixes#9381, discovered other behavior that
have been fix.
Overall we encountered a bug that corrupts a workspace and make the
browser + api crash
This issue https://github.com/twentyhq/core-team-issues/issues/25
suggests a refactor that has final save button instead of auto-save
## `labelIdentifierFieldMetadataId` form default value
The default value resulted in being undefined, resulting in react hook
form `labelIdentifierFieldMetadataId` is required field error.
### Fix
Setting default value fallback to `null` as field is `nullable`
## `SettingsDataModelObjectSettingsFormCard` never triggers form
Unless I'm mistaken in production touching any fields within
`SettingsDataModelObjectSettingsFormCard` would never trigger form
submission until you also modify `SettingsDataModelObjectAboutForm`
fields
### Fix
Provide and apply `onblur` that triggers the form on both
`SettingsDataModelObjectSettingsFormCard` inputs
## Wrong default `labelIdentifierFieldMetadataItem` on first page render
When landing on the page for the first time, if a custom
`labelIdentifierFieldMetadataItem` has been set it won't be computed
within the `PreviewCard`.
Occurs when `labelIdentifierFieldMetadataId` form default value is
undefined, due to `any` injection.
### Fix
In the `getLabelIdentifierFieldMetadataItem` check the
`labelIdentifierFieldMetadataIdFormValue` definition, if undefined
fallback to current `objectMetadata` identifier

## Context
The recent addition of object renaming introduced issues with enum
names. Enum names should follow the pattern
`${schemaName}.${tableName}_${columnName}_enum`. To address this, and to
allow users to customize the API name (which is included in the enum
name, columnName), this PR implements behavior similar to object
renaming by introducing a `isLabelSyncedWithName` boolean.

Fix all the broken CIs :p
This includes an ongoing effort to simplify test maintenance by having 1
unique source of truth about metadata and data mocks (that will later be
generated from a unique source of seeds: dev = demo = test)
Regressions:
- Unit line coverage: 60 > 55
- Storybook Pages branch coverage: 40 > 35
We will need to write tests to increase those coverage
- RelationFieldDisplay perf: 0.2ms to 0.22ms > We might have a
regression here
- Removed perf story about RawJSON > We will need to re-add it
In this PR:
1. Refactor guards to avoid duplicated queries: WorkspaceAuthGuard and
UserAuthGuard only check for existence of workspace and user in the
request without querying the database
Some parts of the Frontend used theme constants exported from
`modules/ui` while other parts used theme constants exported from
`twenty-ui`.
This PR centralizes theme constants by removing them from `modules/ui`
completely.
## Context
Fixes#5403
Transliteration is now integrated to form validation through the schema.
While it does not impede inputting an invalid value, it impedes
submitting a form that will fail as the transliteration is not possible.
Until then we were only performing the transliteration at save time in
the front-end, but it's best to provide the information as soon as
possible. Later we will add helpers to guide the user (eg "This name is
not valid": https://github.com/twentyhq/twenty/issues/5428).

In this PR
1. Enable deletion of relation fields in the product and via the api
(migration part was missing in the api)
3. Change wording, only use "deactivate" and "delete" everywhere (and
not a mix of the two + "disable", "erase")
In this PR, we are refactoring two things:
- leverage field.defaultValue for Select and MultiSelect settings form
(instead of option.isDefault)
- use quoted string (ex: "'USD'") for string default values to embrace
backend format
