actions. Native (non third-party) actions kept their loader because they
go through the `listItem` path.
## Fix
- Add an optional `RightComponent` prop to `AppMenuItem`, forwarded to
the underlying `MenuItem` (which already renders it).
- Hoist the `loaderComponent` computation in
`CommandMenuItemSelectableRenderer` above the branches and pass it to
both the third-party `AppMenuItem` path and the existing `listItem` path
(no behavior change for the latter).
The loader now appears for third-party app actions exactly as it does
for native ones — `<CommandListItemLoader progress={progress} />` once
progress is reported, falling back to a `<Loader />` spinner before the
first progress update.
## Verification
- `oxlint --type-aware` clean on both changed files.

- Manual browser repro requires a third-party application with a

Reorganizes `twenty-ui`'s component organization to follow how the best
UI libraries (MUI, Mantine, Base UI, Polaris) structure their source,
now that the package has stabilized.
**Taxonomy** — dissolves the meaningless `components/` junk-drawer and
the 107-file `display/` mega-category. New domains/subpaths:
`data-display`, `typography`, `icon`, `surfaces`; `feedback` and
`layout` absorb the rest (banners/callout/info + placeholders →
feedback; modal/card → surfaces; motion + separators → layout).
**Per-component layout** — every component is now
`<domain>/<ComponentName>/<ComponentName>.tsx` with colocated
styles/stories/types, `internal/` for private helpers and `parts/` for
re-exported compound sub-parts. The redundant inner `/components/` is
gone. `icon` and `json-visualizer` are kept as cohesive subsystems.
**Also:** adds a tree-shakeable root barrel (`import { Button } from
'twenty-ui'`), the generator now owns `individual-entry.ts`, and a real

- Campaign composer side panel (from / list / unsubscribe topic /

## Context
Second PR of the overridable-entities track (after #21436 for views):
command menu items become overridable so that edits on non-owned items
are stored as overrides instead of mutating the row, and
deletion/deactivation becomes reversible.
## What this does
- `CommandMenuItemEntity` now extends
`OverridableEntity<CommandMenuItemOverrides>` (adds `isActive` +
`overrides`). All editable properties are overridable for now (to
discuss).
- **Update**: mutations on a command item not owned by the caller
(standard items) are written into `overrides`; reads merge them in the
DTO. The command palette edit mode (pin,
reorder, shortLabel) now preserves standard values, "Reset label to
default" gains true post-save semantics.
- **Delete**: protected items are deactivated (`isActive = false`)
instead of deleted; custom items still hard-delete.
- **Object deactivate/enable toggle**: now flips `isActive` on the
command item (merged into the main migration call) instead of
delete/recreate; a create-if-missing fallback covers legacy deactivated
objects.
- **Front**: inactive command items are filtered out of the palette

## Summary
Two workflow-run improvements, with all non-trivial logic isolated in
pure, unit-tested utils.
### 1. Idempotent stop
`stopWorkflowRun` no longer throws when a run is already in a terminal
status (`COMPLETED` / `FAILED` / `STOPPED`) or already `STOPPING`; it
returns the run unchanged. This fixes:
- bulk stop aborting on the first non-stoppable run in a
mixed/select-all selection,
- the click-vs-processing race on a single run (run finishes between
click and mutation).
It also releases the cached not-started throttle slot when stopping a
`NOT_STARTED` run (prevents counter drift), and ends runs with no
`state` directly.
### 2. Retry a failed run from the failing step
New `retryWorkflowRun` mutation (same guards/passthrough as
`stopWorkflowRun`). It resets the failed step(s) to `NOT_STARTED`, flips
the run to `RUNNING`, and enqueues a `RunWorkflowJob` with the steps to
re-execute; downstream execution and status computation are unchanged.
Logic lives in pure utils:
- `build-retry-step-infos.util.ts` - decides per failed step what to
reset; delegates iterator-specific logic to
`build-retry-iterator-step-infos.util.ts` (an iterator that failed
mid-loop is restored to `RUNNING` with cursor preserved, an iterator
that failed itself restarts its whole loop).
- `get-runnable-step-ids.util.ts` - reuses the executor's
`shouldExecuteStep` to also resume branches that never started (avoids
hangs), excluding loop-interior steps.
The service method only orchestrates; the job's status check is a race
guard (retriability is enforced in the service before enqueue).
A "Retry" command menu item surfaces only for `FAILED` runs
(`someEquals(selectedRecords, "status", "FAILED")`).
### 3. Keep the run diagram visible across regenerations
The run diagram is regenerated on every run state change, producing
fresh nodes without the dimensions Reactflow had measured. Reactflow
hides unmeasured nodes until it re-measures them, so the diagram could
flicker and disappear when the last regeneration before going idle left
nodes unmeasured (reproducible after retrying a failed run). The
regenerated nodes now carry over the previously measured dimensions (by
id) so they stay rendered.

# Issue
When a user is on a specific record's page (for example, looking at a
Person) and opens a related record (like a Note) in the right-side
panel, clicking "Permanently Delete" on that Note would abruptly
redirect the user to the main "Notes" list. This breaks the user's
workflow, as they typically want to remain on the parent Person page
after deleting a sub-record.
# Root Cause
Inside the `DestroyRecordsCommand` and `DeleteRecordsCommand`
components, the application was programmed to unconditionally trigger a
`navigateApp` redirect to the deleted object's index page upon
successful deletion. The code did not account for whether the deletion
was triggered from the main index page or from inside a contextual side
panel.
# How we fixed it
I introduced a new `isInSidePanel` flag into the
`HeadlessCommandContextApi`.
The command menu now detects if the delete action originated from inside
a side panel and passes this flag down the execution chain. If `true`,
the `DestroyRecordsCommand` simply closes the panel
(`closeSidePanelMenu()`) and keeps the user exactly where they were.
## After that fix, I encountered another issue (UI not updating
automatically)
Because the app now correctly kept the user on the Person page, a new
bug surfaced: the "Note" chip inside the relation table did not
disappear immediately. The user had to manually refresh the page to see
the deletion.
This happened because:
1. The Apollo optimistic cache occasionally failed to trace deeply
nested morph-relationships back to the parent.
2. A standard local React `useState` fallback was insufficient. The
table component aggressively unmounts and remounts relation cells
whenever a user hovers over them to display interactive controls, which
would wipe the local React state clean and cause the "ghost chip" to
reappear.
##How I fixed that issue (and optimized it)
I built an event-driven fallback using global Jotai state to permanently
hide the chips:
1. **Precision ID Broadcasting**: I updated the `useDestroyManyRecords`
and `useIncrementalDestroyManyRecords` hooks to extract and broadcast
only the *confirmed* destroyed IDs directly from the Apollo mutation
response, preventing false-positive UI removals if the backend performed
a partial delete.
2. **Batch Optimizations**: During bulk deletions, events are now
broadcasted per-batch rather than accumulating thousands of IDs in
memory until the end, keeping the UI instantly responsive and memory
bounded.
3. **Per-Cell State Scoping (`atomFamily`)**: Instead of a leaky global
array, we used Jotai's `atomFamily` to dynamically generate a unique
Noticeboard for every specific table cell (`${recordId}-${fieldName}`).
This ensures the hidden-state survives mouse-hover unmounts while
remaining cleanly isolated.
4. **Defensive Filtering**: The `RelationFromManyFieldDisplay` component
was updated to defensively guard against `undefined` array entries and
strictly match deleted IDs only against valid foreign keys (ending in
`'Id'`), preventing false-positive removals if a UUID happened to be
pasted into a description field.
5. **SSE Resilience**: We hardened the Server-Sent Event (SSE) listeners
with optional chaining and null-filtering to ensure malformed backend
payloads do not crash the real-time event pipeline.

Replaces #21279 and #21282 with one clean PR from `main`.
Generalizes the settings primary-bar / secondary-bar card chrome to the
record index, record show and standalone pages via a shared
`PageCardLayout` + `PageCardHeader` (the side panel sits as a sibling of
the content card), and applies the new flat design direction: square
corners on the card, side panel and loading skeletons.
Iterating toward the new design (Figma node 102282-221623); the
confirmed direction and the explicit "remove rounded corners" change are
in, remaining designer specifics to follow.
## Description
Promotes the next-gen UI library (formerly `twenty-new-ui`) to the name
**`twenty-ui`** (v0.1.0, publishable) and renames the old package to
**`twenty-ui-deprecated`**. Rewrites ~1,730 `twenty-ui` imports →
`twenty-ui-deprecated`, updates all configs/CI/Docker/deps, and migrates
twenty-front's `Toggle` to the new package (first consumer) as a

`currentWorkspaceMemberId` (which is `WorkspaceMember.id` from the
`workspace_*` schema) instead of the correct `UserWorkspace.id` (from
the `core` schema).
This caused:
- `isFavorite` to always return `false` for user favorites
- Navigation menu items to be created with incorrect `userWorkspaceId`
## Root Cause
In `useNavigationMenuItemsData.ts`:
- `currentWorkspaceMemberId` was derived from
`currentWorkspaceMember?.id` (WorkspaceMember.id)
- But `NavigationMenuItem.userWorkspaceId` expects a `UserWorkspace.id`
- These are two different entities from different schemas (core vs

after #20670) but smaller and follows the codebase's "pass data, not
behavior" style.
The dispatcher takes a `fieldMetadataItems: FieldShared[]` array
directly instead of a `findFieldMetadataItemById: (id) => FieldShared |
undefined` callback. The util builds the id lookup internally — once per
call, used for both source-field and relation-target-field lookups. No
new types, no separate hydration step.

remember to pre-augment the list with relation targets — and 16+ call
sites did not all know this.
This PR fixes both bugs and removes the smell.
### Bug 1 — Save as new view loses the relation target
`useCreateViewFromCurrentView` built the create-filter input without
`relationTargetFieldMetadataId`. The saved view's filter persisted
without the traversal — on reload the chip showed "Company contains
'air'" instead of "Company → Name contains 'air'". Discarded at save
time, not at read time.
Fix: include `relationTargetFieldMetadataId` in the create input.

### Bug 2 — Workflow Search Records drops one-hop traversals
`FindRecordsWorkflowAction` built its fields list from
`flatObjectMetadata.fieldIds` only (source object's fields). The shared
dispatcher then couldn't resolve the relation target field on the
related object and silently dropped the filter — a configured "People
where Company → Name Contains 'Airbnb'" came through as `{ and: [] }`.
This was the same shape as bugs already fixed in 5 other call sites
(chart filters, view filters, record table, etc.). The pattern was:
caller forgets to augment fields → dispatcher silently drops the filter.
Fix (commit 2): change the dispatcher to take a
`findFieldMetadataItemById: (id) => FieldShared | undefined` resolver
callback. Both source-field and relation-target-field lookups go through
the same resolver, so callers no longer need to know about the
augmentation requirement. Frontend callers pass a workspace-wide
resolver built from `flattenedFieldMetadataItemsSelector`; server
callers wrap `findFlatEntityByIdInFlatEntityMaps` on
`flatFieldMetadataMaps`. In both cases relation-target lookups just
work, because the resolver can see fields on related objects.
## Why this matters
Before: "if you call the dispatcher, pre-augment your fields list with
relation targets, or filters get silently dropped." An invariant only
enforceable by code review, broken often enough to ship two user-visible
bugs in one week.
After: the dispatcher resolves field ids itself. There's no list to
forget to augment. The failure mode (filter silently dropped) becomes
structurally impossible at the dispatcher boundary.
Net diff: 240 insertions, 319 deletions. Removed
`augmentFieldsWithRelationTargets` (frontend) and the workflow
whack-a-mole code (server).

existing **composite sub-field dropdown pattern**. Clicking a
MANY_TO_ONE relation field in the "+ Filter" picker now opens the same

Fix `RECORD_SELECTION` items leaking into the command menu when nothing
is selected, and unify how the menu renders in normal vs edit mode.
## The bug
`RECORD_SELECTION`-availability items were showing up even when
`numberOfSelectedRecords === 0`. New util
`doesCommandMenuItemMatchSelectionState` gates them, applied
consistently in the runtime provider and the editor.
## The refactor
`PinnedCommandMenuItemButtonsEditMode` was a 140-line near-duplicate of
`PinnedCommandMenuItemButtons` with its own (drifting) filter logic.
Killed it. Edit mode now flows through the same
`CommandMenuContextProvider` with a new `isInPreviewMode` flag — one
filter chain, one rendering path.
## Behavior in edit mode
**Header (pinned buttons in page header):**
- Runs the full filter chain — object metadata, page type, selection
state, page layout, *and the conditional availability expression*
- Buttons render at full styling but are inert via `pointer-events:
none` + `cursor: not-allowed`
- Preview now reflects exactly what users will see on the live page (not
a grayed-out approximation)
**Side panel editor:**
- New `useEditableCommandMenuItems` hook
- Same filters as runtime *minus* the conditional availability
expression and `FALLBACK` items — so it surfaces everything that's
actually configurable for this page context
- Still gates on selection state — if no records selected,
`RECORD_SELECTION` items are hidden from the editor too. Open to
feedback if we'd rather always show them so users can pin them ahead of
time.
## Misc
- `usePinnedCommandMenuItemsInlineLayout` — visible count now waits
until every item is measured before committing. Fixes a flash of wrong
counts on mount/resize

The "AI" acronym was rendered inconsistently across the codebase. The
backend AI module had settled on PascalCase `Ai` (`AiAgentModule`,
`AiBillingService`, `AiChatModule`, `AiModelRegistryService`, etc.),
while frontend components, several DTOs, a few types, and shared
identifiers still used all-caps `AI` (`AIChatTab`,
`AISystemPromptPreviewDTO`, `SettingsPath.AIPrompts`, ...). CLAUDE.md
specifies PascalCase for classes; this PR normalizes everything internal
to `Ai`.
**This is a pure internal rename.** The GraphQL schema is untouched —
`@ObjectType` decorator string arguments, resolver method names (which
become Query/Mutation field names), gql template contents, and the
`generated-metadata/graphql.ts` file are preserved verbatim. The only
visible change is TypeScript identifiers and file names.
## Also folded in (adjacent cleanups)
- **`AgentModelConfigService` → `AiModelConfigService`**. Lives in
`ai-models/` and is used by multiple AI code paths, not just the Agent
entity. The "Agent" prefix was misleading.
- **`generate-text-input.dto.ts` → `generate-text.input.ts`**. The
`ai-agent/dtos/` folder already uses `<entity>.input.ts` convention for
Input classes (`create-agent.input.ts` etc.); the old path mixed
`.dto.ts` file extension with a class that has no DTO suffix. File
rename only; class stays `GenerateTextInput`.
- **Removed stale TODO** in `ai-model-config.type.ts` that asked for the
`AiModelConfig` rename that this PR performs.
## Rename methodology
Bulk rename via perl with anchored regex
`(?<!['"])(?<![A-Z.])AI([A-Z])(?=[a-z])/Ai$1/g`:
- **Lookbehind for non-uppercase** skips adjacent acronyms (`MOSAIC`,
`OIDCSSO`) and leaves `AIRBNB_ID` alone.
- **Lookbehind for non-quote** protects most string literals.
- **Lookahead for lowercase** restricts matches to PascalCase
identifiers (`AIChatTab`), leaving SCREAMING_SNAKE constants untouched.
Strict file-scope exclusions: `generated-metadata/**`, `generated/**`,
`locales/**`, `migrations/**`, `illustrations/**`, `halftone/**`, and
the two gql template files (`queries/getAISystemPromptPreview.ts`,
`mutations/uploadAIChatFile.ts`).
Post-rename reverts for identifiers where the regex was too eager:
- Backend resolver method names kept: `getAISystemPromptPreview`,
`uploadAIChatFile` (they are GraphQL field names).
- `@ObjectType('AdminAIModels')` / `('AISystemPromptPreview')` /
`('AISystemPromptSection')` kept as-is.
- Backend classes `ClientAIModelConfig` / `AdminAIModelConfig` kept
as-is (they use `@ObjectType()` with no argument, so the class name IS
the schema name).
- External-library symbols restored: `OpenAIProvider`,
`createOpenAICompatible`, `vercelAIIntegration`.
File renames use a two-step rename to work on macOS case-insensitive
filesystems: `git mv X.tsx X.tsx.tmp && git mv X.tsx.tmp renamed.tsx`.

## PR description
The previous approach used a detached flag to represent selection mode,
which could was not synced sync with actual UI selection state. This
change ties the edit mode's selection/fallback behavior directly to
whether records are truly selected in the record index.
- Removes `commandMenuItemEditSelectionModeState` (a standalone 'none' |
'selection' atom) and replaces it with
`mainContextStoreHasSelectedRecordsSelector`, which derives selection
state from the real record selection in the context store.
- Adds `useSelectFirstRecordForEditMode` to programmatically select the
first record (table row or kanban card) when toggling to selection mode,
and useResetRecordIndexSelection to clear selection when toggling off or
exiting edit mode.
- Ensures record selection is properly cleaned up when exiting layout
customization mode or closing the side panel.
