This PR adds a `workspace:export` server command for ongoing debug
tooling/administrative work

Demo Video shows
1. Exporting a sample workspace YC
2. Restoring Local DB Docker volume snapshot to Dropped YC Workspace
3. Importing exported SQL
4. Booting and navigating the imported Workspace
