Rename serverlessFunction to logicFunction (#17494)

## Summary

Rename "Serverless Function" to "Logic Function" across the codebase for
clearer naming.

### Breaking Changes

- Environment variables must be updated in production deployments
- Database migration renames `serverlessFunction` → `logicFunction`
