Improve documentation (#82)

* Propose new doc architecture

* Many improvements to documentation (styling, structure...)

* Remove modules added inadvertently + continue improving styling

* Swizzle navbar item to add support for custom icon

* Additional doc styling

* Setup docs for API and redirect homepage for docs
